The West corner penthouse at the Royal Palms is a 2 bedroom\2 bth condo with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Updated coastal decor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our unit is a corner unit with freshly updated coastal beach decor and furniture. The Royal Palms sits directly next to the Gulf Shores State Park and is nestled in a low density area that truly provides that relaxing and quiet beach experience. There are no other buildings to the east of the building. The balcony, which faces the Gulf of Mexico, boasts both sunrises and sunsets. *New patio furniture as of June 2022!
The master bedroom feature is a king size bed with a new mattress, box spring with high-quality bedding and pillows, ceiling fan, HD television with built in DVD, and view of the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite master bath has custom cabinets and the granite counter top. *New walk in tile shower as of June 2022!
The second bedroom has a full overfull bunk beds with a new mattress and high-quality bedding. A mounted HD television and view of the Gulf of Mexico from the bedroom window.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, custom cabinets, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with coffee maker, four slice bagel toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stainless steel under mount sink with disposal, microwave, stove, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, electric skillet, utensils, and silverware. The unit comes with a stack washer/dryer, over sized pantry, nook and Wi-Fi for Internet access.
The Royal Palms has a beach chair equipment rental, outdoor swimming pool, pool lounging chairs, heated indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, men’s and women’s restrooms, covered parking, covered unloading area and on-site security and security cameras.

Wonderful place!

Gorgeous view
This has to be the best place we've stayed at so far at the beach. The most gorgeous views and even though you are in the penthouse on top we never had to wait for the elevator. The condo had everything we needed inside. Also there was always open parking spaces for our vehicles. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay.

All the comforts of home!
We had a wonderful extended stay in March! The location and beach front views are wonderful. Royal Palms is at the quieter end of the beach which was wonderful during spring break, but still close enough to great places to eat and shop. Quiet building with great elevators. It's CLEAN, adorable, well equipped, and so comfortable. The recliner in the living room was a HUGE plus for hubby! Tracy and Brian are some of the best owners we've had the pleasure of sharing their vacation home with. Always open communication and immediate responses to any questions before during and after! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband and I stayed about a month in this beautiful beach condo. Everything was perfect. It has Everything you need. Views are out of this world. Tracy is the sweetest person ever. Don't hesitate to rent. It is also decorated like a beach house. I just can't say enough. If possible I will be returning. Thanks Tracy!!!

This is our second trip to Royal Palms but our first in The Sommers condo. This condo is fantastic. You can see the beach from every room. It is clean and updated. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and large. The Livingroom has recliner which my husband enjoyed. Tracy is so nice and quick to respond to communications. All around this is an excellent place to stay and we will 100% rent again.

Beautiful Condo With Stunning Views!
We had the absolute best week at the Sommertime Beach Bums condo! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week. Everything was updated and beautiful in the condo. The views were phenomenal and you can see the ocean from every room. We used the beach service and had an umbrella and chairs waiting for us every day. The condo is located at the end of the beach so it was much less crowded than other parts of the beach. The kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. We even saw dolphins every morning from the patio! We absolutely 100% recommend staying here! It was heavenly!
