Royal Palms 5 stars

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores since 2008 and we love the Royal Palms! It really has the best location in Gulf Shores. Tracy and Brian’s condo is comfortable, very clean, well stocked and has excellent views from the balcony and the west facing windows. Tracy communicates before, during and after your visit. You can’t go wrong booking this condo. The new shower in the master bath is very nice and the addition of the sound machines in both bedrooms was a nice surprise this year. Thanks for sharing your beach home away from with us!

Week at Gulf Shores

What a treasure!!! Our family of five enjoyed seven fabulous days at this condo. Everything was perfect. From excellent communication throughout the booking process to easy checkin/out. The condo has everything you need for your stay, plenty of space and breathtaking views!!! The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. You are located close to everything, but far enough away for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The unit was clean and we had zero issues during our stay. Tracy was so helpful with quick responses to emails and providing all the information needed to checkin in a timely manner. Should we find ourselves having another Gulfshores vacation, we would definitely stay with Tracy and Brian again. Thank y’ all so much for a wonderful stay and lots of sweet memories with our boys!!

Back for year 10!

We love vacationing at Royal Palms! This is our 10th year there. Tracy and Brian's condo is in the perfect location for wonderful views and no street noise. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The communication with owners is professional. You will not be disappointed when you rent this condo!

Spring break getaway

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. The Sommers' rental was just as advertised and was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and of course ... the beach! The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and the views were incredible. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and everything was updated throughout. We appreciated the open communication before and after our stay. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was very clean and had an updated look. The views from the balcony were great. The owners were quick to answer any questions and made sure that we had arrived safely. Highly recommend.

Adams Stay

My wife and I have rented many condos over the years in Orange Beach , but this condo is by far one of the best we have ever rented. Traci and Brian were great to work with , very nice and efficient. I would rent this condo from then anytime . The view is wonderful , the condo was very clean and furnishings were top notch . We will back.

Ideal in every way!

Our experience with this host family & condominium went above and beyond our expectations. Tracy is a great host to work with that is easily to reach; she checked in on us and made sure we arrived home safely! This vacation was during the Fourth of July and the view of the Sommers condo did not disappoint! All week we enjoyed the lights in the sky. This location is perfect for family fun and without the overcrowded area to the west; which allowed plenty of room for games on the beach! We will definitely return & be guests at the Sommers' condo!

What a wonderful place!

This was our second year staying in the building, but the first at Sommertime Beach Bums - we were so pleased with the place. The place was so well kept and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the beach. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely be back.

Love being a beach bum!

This is our 9th year staying at Royal Palms, and we love our vacation home. We highly recommend renting this condo. You will not be disappointed. Tracy and Brian are very thoughtful owners to check to make sure you are comfortable in their beach home. So relaxing and quiet. We will be back for year
