We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was very clean and had an updated look. The views from the balcony were great. The owners were quick to answer any questions and made sure that we had arrived safely. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have rented many condos over the years in Orange Beach , but this condo is by far one of the best we have ever rented. Traci and Brian were great to work with , very nice and efficient. I would rent this condo from then anytime . The view is wonderful , the condo was very clean and furnishings were top notch . We will back.

Our experience with this host family & condominium went above and beyond our expectations. Tracy is a great host to work with that is easily to reach; she checked in on us and made sure we arrived home safely! This vacation was during the Fourth of July and the view of the Sommers condo did not disappoint! All week we enjoyed the lights in the sky. This location is perfect for family fun and without the overcrowded area to the west; which allowed plenty of room for games on the beach! We will definitely return & be guests at the Sommers' condo!

This was our second year staying in the building, but the first at Sommertime Beach Bums - we were so pleased with the place. The place was so well kept and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the beach. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely be back.

Great location with minimal beach traffic! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the condo is lovingly cared for. It includes a nicely stocked kitchen with accessories and tools to cook a nice meal to enjoy on the balcony. The dining table was also a great place to set up for remote work and provided a fabulous beach view that made me the envy of all my colleagues. We loved being so close to Gulf State Park. We spent a day bicycling around the park and enjoying the different ecosystems there. The condo is also close enough that we drove to Pensacola and watched the Blue Angels practice - what a sight to see! Thank you Tracy & Brian for sharing your beautiful condo!

Beautiful views, super clean condo with all you need to cook dinners at home, games for the family play, books to read and relax listening to the waves on the deck with amazing views. Communication was great and amenities of the property were a huge perk! Love the hot tub, steam room, and our kiddos enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. Highly recommended!

We just returned from a great stay at Brian and Tracy’s fantastic condo! The Royal Palms has the best location on the beach and my family agrees that this west corner penthouse is the best condo in the building. The views to the west are great, the decor is spot on, the beds are comfortable and the unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo was spotless when we arrived and we really liked the coded door lock, no need to worry about keys. Tracy is extremely easy to work with and she even took the time to check in on us a couple of times during our stay. We can’t wait to rent this condo again
