Is this plan right for me?
The Lifetime Bronze Membership is a good fit for those owners who plan to own a vacation rental for at least 2-3 more years. The plan will more than pay for itself after about two years. If you are not sure or if you plan to get out of the vacation rental business, then our annual or monthly subscriptions would be a better choice. Learn more about those plans here.

What if I'm not quite ready to commit?
We will never subject you to high pressure sales tactics. When you join ALAVHR, we want you to take your time to decide whether our site is a good fit for you. That's why we will give you a full SIX MONTHS to evaluate the site. If during that time you would like to convert to a Lifetime Bronze membership, we will apply 100% of your subscription payments (whether annual or monthly) toward the Lifetime Bronze membership - up to a maximum of an annual Bronze subscription (currently $149). That way you will get the same price and benefits as if you had made this choice when you first signed up - no risk! Please contact us
when you are ready to convert and we will provide you with a special discount code. You may always choose to convert to a lifetime membership after the first six months without the credit for your current subscription.
What if I sell my property?
Membership is fully transferable to another property for the first 12 months after purchase (new property, same owner).
What if I have more than one listing?
Each listing is individually eligible for this special offer. You may choose one or more listings for the Lifetime Bronze membership. No other quantity discounts apply.
What if I currently have a Silver or Gold membership?
Your Silver or Gold membership has an expiration date (typically one year from date of purchase). You will still enjoy all the privileges of your Silver or Gold level until the upgrade expires. You can check the expiration date on the "Paid Services" tab of your listing. Your Lifetime Bronze listing will never expire.
Can I upgrade to a Silver or Gold membership?
Silver or Gold Upgrades are available for purchase in 90 Day, Six Month or One Year increments. You would only pay the Upgrade fee over the Bronze rate. Silver and Gold Lifetime Memberships are not available at this time. For example, currently the Silver Plan is $100 higher than a Bronze Plan. If you choose to upgrade to Silver (or renew your Silver status), the cost to you will only be the upgrade fee ($100/year) instead of the original price of $249/year. As you can see, your Lifetime Membership will pay for itself very quickly!
This is crazy - How will the website make money???
First, we are limiting the number of Lifetime Memberships. We have nearly 300 paid listings now and are adding more listings each month. This is a way to get in on the ground floor of a great deal for those owners who expect to keep their rentals for several years - and our way of rewarding you for your loyalty and support. Lifetime Members are not required to pay another penny to keep their listing and they will have the option to purchase certain upgrades, such as hierarchy points and our popular Gold and Silver plans.

What do I get with my listing?
Every listing comes with everything you need to start renting your property and earning income, including room for 50 high-resolution photos, interactive map, and reservation calendar. So once you sign up, you can start to build your listing... and get bookings!
Can I control who rents my home?
Yes. You are always in charge of who rents your home. Every inquiry and booking request comes to you. You can talk to the traveler to find out more about them and make sure they're a good fit for your property. And, we do not penalize you for not accepting a booking. Sometimes the fit between renters and homeowners is just not right.
Do I have to use Online Booking/Reservation Tracking?
No. This is a free, optional tool provided to you, should you want to use it, for tracking reservation information. We do not process any payments through our website or on owner's behalf. You are not required to use it and are not penalized if you don't.
Do you offer property management services?
No. We are strictly an advertising platform. We do not perform any property management services. We do not collect rents nor do we charge any booking fees, commissions, or referral fees for our services. Owners and Property Managers pay an advertising subscription to list on our website..
What types of properties can I advertise?
Acceptable rental properties include houses, condos, and villas, as well as barns, boats, RVs, bungalows, cabins, cottages, estates, mansions, apartments and yachts. We do not list properties that are renting out rooms, hotels, or Bed & Breakfasts. After all, we are not a room sharing service like AirBNB and nor do we want to be.
Registration is easy and takes just a couple of minutes. Most listings can be completed in 15-30 minutes.
