PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ON SITE

RESERVATIONS:
Must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. Primary renter needs to stay for the entire duration or stay.
Rental agreement is required to be signed within 3 days of booking. Door code will not be released if not signed.
A copy of your driver's license for ID verification is also required to complete your booking.
Security deposit hold of $300 is required upon booking. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
If the vacation is during the hurricane months, please come prepared. No refunds will be given for storms or power outages. The only exception is if there is a mandatory evacuation in the area.
Travel Insurance is recommended.

PARKING:
2 parking passes are allowed per unit. The first parking pass is included in the reservation. The second parking pass is $50 and must be requested at the time of booking. If parking pass is requested within 1 day of check-in or when guest has checked in, a fee of $60 will be charged. The parking pass needs to be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times. The HOA is very strict about this.

WRISTBANDS:
Max occupancy is 6 guests. All guests must wear the wristbands provided while on the premises. Do not break the wristbands. We charge a $35 replacement fee.

Wonderful Place!

Wonderful place to stay! Spacious, clean and easy access to the beach, as well as the pool and hot tub. Oh and the views, too! The patio looks over the pool and beach (sunrise), and the door opens to the lagoon side (sunset). Free parking, plenty of amenities including the little things like a hairdryer, vinegar in case you got stung by a jellyfish, laundry soap, and even beach toys! We loved it and will be back!

We had a great time!

We had such a great time! The condo was sooo soo close to the beach ! And the bridge connecting it to the beach was clean and cool(air conditioned ????).
The condo had everything and what was exceptional was it is soo clean and tidy. The 2 bedrooms were spacious-the bathrooms were nice esp the masters.
The kitchen was fully equipped -we did some of our meals there . They had the basic necessities you need to cook meals. The refrigerator was clean and spacious . The filtered water helped a lot too so we didn’t have to carry bottled water.

The instructions given by the condo owners were clear and simple to follow. They even emailed a guide to good restaurants and sightseeing places around .

The laundry room was clean. They even provided beach chairs, mats and boogie boards! We didn’t need to bring our own!

We are thankful for our trip. It was only for 3 days but we were able to enjoy very moment of it. We even ventured to Orange Beach bec it was nearby , then Perdido beach and Pensacola beach were also driveable!

We will be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay on this rental property for its perfect location and cleanliness. On top of that, waking up with blazing sunrise and enjoying beautiful sunset in the afternoon, a panoramic view of the ocean from the master’s bedroom and living room are just priceless. The owner is super accommodating to our needs. I don’t mind going back to this rental property and enjoy more memorable family time. Thank you very much, Nicole!!!

Wonderful Condo

This condo is wonderful! Beautiful view, clean, spacious and comfortable. It's all we wanted and more! The walkway over the street is great for access to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a added benefit. Morning coffee on the balcony is very relaxing and lets you enjoy the ocean views. When leaving your condo you can take in great views of the bay! We will be back 1603!
