PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ON SITE

RESERVATIONS:
Must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. Primary renter needs to stay for the entire duration or stay.
Rental agreement is required to be signed within 3 days of booking. Door code will not be released if not signed.
A copy of your driver's license for ID verification is also required to complete your booking.
Security deposit hold of $300 is required upon booking. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
If the vacation is during the hurricane months, please come prepared. No refunds will be given for storms or power outages. The only exception is if there is a mandatory evacuation in the area.
Travel Insurance is recommended.

PARKING:
2 parking passes are allowed per unit. The first parking pass is included in the reservation. The second parking pass is $50 and must be requested at the time of booking. If parking pass is requested within 1 day of check-in or when guest has checked in, a fee of $60 will be charged. The parking pass needs to be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times. The HOA is very strict about this.

WRISTBANDS:
Max occupancy is 6 guests. All guests must wear the wristbands provided while on the premises. Do not break the wristbands. We charge a $35 replacement fee.
