No steps or incline, perfect for all ages. This 4,200 sf home has 5 large bedrooms in the main house and 1 large bedroom in the detached guest house. Lots of windows with views. Deep crystal clear water, with 190 feet of shoreline on the main channel. Main level has 3 large bedrooms (including lakeside master) and 2 baths, vaulted ceilings, large eat-in kitchen/dining area, and large laundry room. The master bath has two separate vanities, a large whirlpool soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Lower level has a large master bedroom with full bath, a bunk room that sleeps 5, large den/rec room (with TV), and half bath. Detached guest house has a large bedroom (with view of lake), small den w/TV, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Space with a view
This was the best house we have stayed in on Smith Lake! All of our family members had their own space. Good privacy from neighbors. Great location. Easy access to the boat house. We had a great family vacation here.

Perfect lake trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smith Lake. Every year, we go in with a few families and pick a lake and a lake house. We spend hours and hours searching for the perfect place that meets all our needs. We like clean, spacious, updated, and easy dock access (no steps and large hill) with a great swimming area for us all. This place had an easy walk to dock. Light switch on dock to light it up at night. We loved the gorgeous grassy area to play. The house was exactly what we wanted and spacious enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The house was huge. Plenty of bathrooms. Even though we had tons of beds, every single kid slept in the bunk room because it was so big and they loved it!! Plenty of board games, ping pong table, corn hole etc for the whole family. The grill was awesome. We brought a speaker and played pandora out on the top deck and also hung out on the bottom deck while the kids set up all of their Enos (hammocks). The kitchen had everything you needed. Washer and dryer worked great. Water pressure was wonderful for showers. Grounds were very well maintained. Neighbors were great and were extra nice to our kids. Downstairs gets super cold so my husband was loving that! Owner was easy to contact and responded immediately to all my questions. (And I asked a lot). All of our families said they’d choose this house again and we’ve stayed in several! We will definitely be coming back next year! Highly recommend.

Lake house and property was perfect!
Everything you need! Relaxing, water was great, quiet area with beautiful view. Our family of 13 were comfortable...everyone had their own area to relax or play. Perfect, perfect, perfect! Four different families co existed without any issues. Mark was very responsive with a great summary of the area, ideas and directions.

Family Thanksgiving
We had to spend time getting the home ready for us to stay in before our children and their families arrived. Lights wouldn't come on and we had to spend time finding the breaker box to find a breaker had tripped. Ants were an issue and we had to go to the store for ant spray to get them under control. Grounds in the coffee pot were molded and coffee was still in the pot. It was a chore to clean and disinfect for our use. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets that we had to wash before we could use them. There were no extra towels in case of emergency. We replaced all the light bulbs that were out but many we couldn't reach or there were no bulbs for. The light in the laundry room couldn't be replaced. We couldn't use that room at night. The house itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Since we also rent our property through VRBO I know it is the small things that guest reply on and appreciate. In addition, the overall qualityl control of the property was lacking. The owner was slow to respond and didn't seem too concerned with the issues we were having.

Perfect House for Family Gathering
This house is perfect for family gatherings. Everyone had their own space. The beds and bedding were so comfy. Every detail has been covered here. We loved our time and would definitely return to this house.

Absolutely perfect
Excellent amenities. House was perfectly set up with everything you would need and then some. Decorated and furnished very thoughtfully. Perfect house for large families. We had 10 adults and 1 child and never felt crowded. Perfect place to rent.

We just returned from our trip this Memorial weekend. The house was perfect. It was spacious and beautiful. The views were amazing. Everyone loved the kayaks. Definitely would love to come back here!! Great house, lake, and owners.

Dream House with Magnificent View
Wow, what a beautiful house with a breathtaking view! I can say that I easily spent hours on the deck gazing at the lake and clear sky. This house easily accommodated our large family of 15 during the holiday and the area had plenty to offer in terms of boating and fishing activities and rentals. Each room in the house had tasteful and inviting decor to truly create a home-away-from-home experience. The homeowner was extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout. Mr. William was easily reachable and very helpful with extensive knowledge about the surrounding areas. This house is perfect for family getaways and creating lifelong memories to share with your loved ones.
