SANDALWOOD @ Sea Oats is a relaxing retreat on the quiet end of Gulf Shores in the beautiful Sea Oats complex. Enjoy the beach just steps away with deeded beach access; and also the lagoon with piers, perfect for fishing, boating, kayaking or simply enjoying the sunset. The unit has views of one of the pools and the Gulf of Mexico. You can sleep 8 very comfortably in the bedrooms but there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guests as well as an available and comfortable air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals in, but the area has some great restaurants if you prefer to go out. Additionally, the complex features a covered BBQ grilling area on the lagoon front. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet, which is also stocked with beach towels for use during your stay. There is even a welcome guide that provides you with information on all the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer.

3. Will require monthly renters to bring and pay for our house keeping service twice per month $250/mo in addition to the rental rate.
PARKING: There is one marked and covered parking space under the building, you may park a 2nd vehicle directly behind the 1st, any additional vehicles may park in the spaces around the edges of property; also, if you have a boat/trailer please use the spaces along the edge of the property as well -parking passes will be displayed as you enter the unit (don't forget to return them before you check-out to avoid the replacement fee) you are allotted 2
