This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR in the 400 building located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit is gulf front. The NEW OWNER has made some nice upgrades throughout the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - just bring your food! It features new granite counter tops and back splash. There is plenty of seating for everyone between the kitchen and bar area.
The living area is very open and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. The living room TV has been upgraded to a 60 inch flat screen TV.
The master bedroom is very spacious featuring a king sized bed, 43 inch smart flat screen tv, small safe for your personal belongings, and a private master bathroom. And don't forget the gorgeous views out the sliding glass doors that lead you to your patio.
The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 32 inch smart flat screen tv, and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom in the hallway.
We do have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, private beach access just steps away from your door, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, BBQ grill area, free wifi and cable tv
Indoor pool and fitness room hours are only open when the security guard is on the property.

1. $300 deposit to reserve your requested dates.(This becomes your damage deposit upon check in and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection upon departure)
2. Full payment due 30 days prior to check-in date – if not paid in full, the reservation will be canceled and you forfeit your deposit.
3. Full refund with a minimum of a 45-day cancellation notice.
4. We must receive your notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date in order to refund your security deposit and any amount you have paid towards your vacation.
We do not refund for hurricanes, tropical storms, illnesses, or medical emergencies, if you are concerned we recommend travel insurance from a 3rd party.

This place is a GEM!
We loved this condo! We have three young kids ages 6 and under and this place was absolutely PERFECT. To start, the parking lot is SO close to the front door being on the ground level that unpacking was a breeze! The back patio door is steps away from the pool (securely locked, with hedges all around) and then just a few more steps to the beach boardwalk! We didn't even bother to pack food for the beach because it was just so convenient to come back to the condo to eat lunch. If we forgot anything-no big deal-it was a quick trip back to grab. We cooked three out of our four nights for dinner and never lacked any cookware. The condo was super clean and Candice and Chris were excellent at communicating to us when the pool was (very briefly) shut down. We arrived to Orange Beach earlier than expected and messaged them on the app when we were done grocery shopping and they replied literally in less than a minute that we could check in a little early because the condo was already ready for us. The only "con" for us was that the second guest bedroom bed is a little high. We just put pillows around my 6 & 4 year old and no-one fell out, so just know that if you stay here. We could have easily put them in the king bed (which was much lower to the ground), but it all worked out. Overall, 5/5 stars-I would not hesitate at all to recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly beach condo!!!

Beautiful
Beautiful condo that walks out to the beach and pool, what else could you ask for? The only recommendation I have would be a robotic vacuum to help with the sand that gets tracked in!

Easy access to beach and pool
Great location and easy, walk-out access to beach and pool. We had nice view of ocean from the patio. The unit was nicely updated with well-stocked kitchen and new appliances.

Convenient and comfortable
This place was perfect for my family. With it being on the ground level, pool and beach access were so convenient and easy. The beds were comfortable and the place was properly stocked to cook and prepare meals. I would definitely stay here again!
