Relax and play in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that has great views of the Gulf. Roku enabled TVs in living area and both bedrooms for easy streaming and viewing. Enjoy dinner on the balcony or take a few steps to the beach for a sunset walk. Recently updated in Phoenix III. Located on the 6th floor for beautiful views from the balcony.
Living room has 65 inch television and a new Queen sleeper sofa.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and cookware for easy meal preparation. Coffee maker with k-cup or traditional coffee ground options.
Dining area bench seating for 6+ with 2 additional seats at the bar.
Master bedroom recently updated with new king size bed, nightstands with USB ports and a shower/tub combination in the bathroom.
Secondary bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a shower/tub combination in the bathroom.
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Outdoor pool and shallow kiddie pool for toddlers. Access to pools & splash pad at Phoenix I - IV.
Indoor pool along with 2 indoor hot tubs that allow you to relax and view the beach.
Property Resort fee covers parking up to 2 vehicles and resort wristbands providing access to amenities at Phoenix I - IV properties.

In addition to the balcony views and sound of the ocean we fell in love with Phoenix III amenities. The outdoor pool area has a 1 foot depth kiddie pool and the indoor pool area boasts 2 hot tubs that have ocean views for some relaxation!

Tracy and JW fell in love with the Alabama beaches and are excited to have their own little slice of heaven and share it with their guests. We love bringing our family here or enjoying a weekend away without our children. We currently reside in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas with our 3 children.
We wanted a property that had fantastic beach views! When we visit Orange Beach we love to sit on the balcony, watch the sunset, enjoy a good book or beverage and relax. When we started looking for a property of our own we prioritized the view! And our Orange Beach Views condo does not disappoint!

My husband and I enjoyed this 6th floor condo on our rainy beach trip. The view was awesome, the condo was clean and the location was convenient. Tracy the owner is prompt and helpful when responding.
