Gulf Shores Paradise---We are in Building 2, Fourth Floor at Surfside Shores----Wake up each morning to a fantastic view of the ocean and of the HEATED pool, and end each day with the gorgeous sunsets seen only at the beach.
You will feel pampered with the private BEACHFRONT BALCONY off your master suite as well as off the living room. You also enjoy a lovely view of Little Lagoon from the second suite. This condo is ideal for families or two couples. Sleeps 6 guest comfortably. Enjoy Free WiFi. The beds are furnished with 300 or higher thread count cotton linens, and new super comfortable high quality mattresses.
The beachside master suite with a 32" TV you can really relax after a fun day on the beach. Second suite has a TV/DVD. Each suite has its own attached bathroom and clothes closet for your convenience and complete privacy. The windows have blackout curtains for sleeping in.
Sleeper sofa in the living room and 42" Flat Screen TV/DVD sits on a Beautiful Electric Fireplace (nice for the chilly winter evenings). Two new extra comfortable Lazy Boy recliners, one is a leather rocking recliner, and a sofa sleeper which makes this unit very comfortable for two couples or a family of five or six.
Kitchen has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, fully stocked cupboards with dishes and cookware. MARGARITAVILLE Frozen Concoction machine for all those frozen drinks! There is also aNespresso Mini My Machine and Areoccino for coffee lovers. New Full Size professional WASHER/DRYER unit in the kitchen closet for your use. Free High Speed Internet service, toys/games/books available for those rainy and play for the baby. Iron, ironing board, and blow dryers are included.
There are two large pools (one heated year round) and two kid pools. BBQ your lunch or dinner on the big BBQs for your use. Our condo is super clean and well stocked for your enjoyment. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Patio has table and chairs with two chaise loungers for your pleasure. 4 p.m. arrival and 10 a.m. departure This unit rents Sat/Sat only in the prime spring and summer weeks. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS $30 parking fee per car for two weeks. Maximum two cars.

Plenty of space to park 2 cars per unit. Cost for two weeks is $30.00 cash or $31.40 for credit card. Two cars allowed per condo. We have luggage carts right beside the elevator to put your things on for your convenience. Our security guard is available 24/7 to help with any matters on the property that might concern you.

Great Location
Great location. About 15-30 drive to most things depending on traffic. The condo unit is part of a smaller building and surrounded on both sides by smaller buildings. We believe this was a major factor on why the beach never felt very crowed. Everywhere that had lager buildings the beach was much more crowed. Inside the unit you will find everything you need to feel at home. Fans for both bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen. A nice big balcony to eat and store your beach gear. Different types of beach gear to use if you forgot something. On the main floor of the building where the pool and beach are located there are bathrooms to use and even an area to store beach gear as well. The building had small rolling carts and larger luggage carts to use to load and unload, which was very helpful and a welcome surprise. The owners Lance and Stephanie are great to deal with, friendly and very responsive with any questions or concerns.

Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo with spectacular views, right on the beach. Located close to everything. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. I cook and had everything I needed. Host was very responsive and communicated quickly. We were there for 5 night and felt comfortable and right at home. Wonderful retreat. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to others.

Great condo
Lance and Stephanie's condo was great! They were fast to communicate with us. The view was spectacular, and it was so relaxing to sit on the beach or watch waves from the balcony. The condo has easy access to shopping and restaurants in the area. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Would love to quit my job and live 6 months of the year in this lovely condo overlooking the beach! Thank you!

Clean Condo
The condo was very clean and the beach wasn’t overly crowded compared to other properties adjacent to this complex. The beach is just steps away from the room. You can also catch pompano and whiting from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Get Away
A wonderful beach get away. We were struck right away with how clean it was, how cute the decor was, how light & welcoming it was. And that balcony right off the beach is just amazing. We had everything we needed to be a peaceful, easy vacation from a stocked kitchen to beach equipment (including towels) to even fans for both rooms. It’s in a great location yet just far away from the most crowded areas. The hosts are very responsive & made this a vacation we’ll never forget. Thank you so much!!
