BEACHFRONT pools are HEATED year round. Treat yourself and your family to this beautifully furnished, condominium with comfortable furnishings and extra amenities to make you feel cozy and at home. You'll want to stay longer when your week is over. Unit was recently completely painted top to bottom and new curtains were hung so it feels so fresh and clean throughout.
Master suite with BLACKOUT CURTAINS, a comfortable King pillow top mattress, big fluffy pillows, 300 thread count sheets. French doors lead to your spacious private balcony (8'X 22')from the master suite where you can watch the dolphins play, see a beautiful sunrise. Watch dish network TV when you retire to your bed at night. Free WIFI
The comfortable guest bedroom is furnished with two new Serta pillowtop twin beds, but can also be converted to a king if that is more convenient. Guest bedroom also has it's own closet and bathroom. unit sleeps 6 guests. but only 4 adults. Has 32" TV/Blue Ray
The living room has a NEW January 2023 comfortable sofa, 2 recliners (NEW 2023), and a slipper chair....dish network 43" HD FLAT SCREEN TV/DISH French doors lead to your private balcony with chaise lounger, round table with six chairs. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink machine for mixing up all those cool drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside. Also a single serve KEURIG for your morning coffee (just bring your favorite pods with you)

FREE HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE books, and games for your enjoyment... Iron & ironing board & blow dryer included
This complex has two large pools (one heated year round)and two kiddy pools. THERE ARE NO HOT TUBS!! Beach service is available seasonally. You'll find lots of beautiful seashells to gather for great souvenirs.Just bring your beach chairs,sun glasses, beach towels & sunscreen. The renourishment project that was supposed to be completed this spring has not yet started....so our beach is not as wide as usual and no tents will be allowed. We do have beach sand chairs and an umbrella for your use if you wish to carry them to the beach. Otherwise you can rent chairs from the beach person in front of the building.
Bring your sunscreen and sunglasses. We have 4 sand chairs and one unbrella available for you to carry to the beach if you wish. Please bring them back to the condo each day (after rinsing them off) as you will be charged for them if they are lost or stolen.
I have a business license and pay all taxes on a monthly basis. We have maintence people ready should there be any unexpected problems. We keep our second home in as good shape as our home...so you will be comfortable. Both my husband and I were delighted with the very inviting views from our balcony and the beautifully furnished inside.
The kitchen was great because we had every tool we needed to prepare our meals.

Weekend Get Away
We came down on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They beaches were not crowded and despite a hurricane a month ago, most everything was up and running. The condo was just as pictured. The owner has thought of everything. There were even beach chairs, mats and toys for our use. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect GetAway
My husband and I had an amazing 5 day getaway! The weather was perfect for us. We got to see the sunrise and sunset every single day right from the balcony! The dolphins were always out around that time as well. The condo was stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels. The beach has perfect white sand. There’s a convenient store and a Bahama Bobs restaurant (very good) within walking distance! Thanks for sharing your condo, we’ll definitely be back.

2 Night Stay
We only had a couple of open days for a short visit while traveling from our son’s college football game. We very much enjoyed the condo and Ricky was great to work with throughout the process.

Wonderful!!
My family and I had such a wonderful time. The ocean was only a few steps away from the condo. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and listen to the sound of the ocean. It was just perfect!!

Me my mom and my 3 boys stayed at this condo and there was enough space for atleast 2 more . Great location takes a minute from room to beach. Everything is included at this condo we could have left half of the items we packed. Every thing was easy about this vacation will definitely stay again.

No hassle booking experience. Loved that I didn’t have to go anywhere to check in or pick up keys. Received a text that condo was ready, we walked right up and used door code that was sent to me. Very convenient!!

Great view and location.
The condo was very clean and had everything you need to cook. The ocean view is beautiful and just steps to the beach. There are a few restaurants and a local store within walking distance. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach just in front of condo. We loved that it was not in a high rise and we never waited for the elevator very long. The property staff were always out cleaning and the lobby was kept nice and chilled. We met Ricky the owner and she was very nice. The AC worked great in the unit and the Frig kept our beer and wine very cold. We would definitely stay there again.
