Description
This unit offers the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath available in Sea Oats with over 1250 square feet. Enjoy the roomy balcony which has a great view of the pool - perfect for keeping an eye on the kids! Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the balcony - a great place to relax in the evening shade.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed, flat screen HDTV and DVD player, large closet, dressing area with vanity, and private master bath. The second bedroom contains a Queen Size bed, twin bunk beds, large closet, and TV/DVD. Basic cable is provided. Smart TV in living room where you can access your own apps if desired. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you will find the second full bath.
In the living room, the family can unwind by watching a DVD or cable on the flat panel HDTV. There's plenty of comfortable seating and games to keep the kids busy. We added a comfy Queen sized sofa sleeper - perfect if the kids want to watch TV and eat popcorn without disturbing the grownups!
KITCHEN:
We offer a large, fully equipped kitchen designed to meet your needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave (newly installed), new stove in 2021 (not pictured) and dishwasher. You'll also find a great assortment of small appliances and utensils to make cooking a breeze. Entertain friends or kick back with a cocktail and watch the sunset - you won't find a more relaxing vacation!
No need to lug beach gear and chairs! We provide everything a family of 4-8 would need for a day at the beach: beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler! Private beach access for Sea Oats!
We also provide a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Cleaning fees NOT included in monthly rates.
Cleaning fee is not included for longer stays (over 14 days). $400 security deposit for longer stays (over 14 days).
Cancellation policy - 100% refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to stay, otherwise security deposit is forfeited. Holiday and Festival rates may be higher than shown.

I have been wanting to own a vacation beach home for quite some time, and am so excited to share this beautiful property with our guests. I loved the unit as soon as I walked in, it is great for families and roomy. I recently acquired from the prior owners, who have many return guests, I look forward to them returning to our condo, and enjoying their stay!

Sea Oates I 106
Sea Oates is the perfect complex for family vacations. The two pools and easy beach access makes for great days in the sun. Sea Oates location is perfect for relaxing quiet vacations. It’s close enough to restaurants and shopping for convenience, but far enough to have less crowded beaches. Dawn’s unit is super clean. The unit is well stocked with all of the amenities to cook a family dinner. The unit was also well stocked with beach gear for great days on the water. My wife, three kids (12,9,9) & I keep coming back to Sea Oates and would absolutely stay in Dawn’ condo again.

Awesome place
This condo is perfect for a family that both like the beach and for those members of the family that would rather do pool time. My family had both of these people so it was perfect for us. Will visit again soon.

Perfect Getaway
This was my first time renting a condo from Sea Oats,It was amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice. It is a home away from home, from the cozy beds to the beach feel atmosphere. It also was a great perk to be able to use the out door closet for beach chairs etc. I will definitely be renting this unit again. Can't wait to return!! :)

Amazing family condo
We rented this condo for an anniversary trip/family get away and it was amazing for both! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is across the road from the beach, but it’s at the quite end so no issues crossing the road. Access to the beach equipment closet was fantastic. We loved that the property had 2 huge pools. We also enjoyed a picnic out back in the gazebo on the pier. This will be the first place we check with any time we want to visit the beach!
