You also get your Gulf vacation because the condo also has its own 50′ private Gulf of Mexico beach access (for Sea Oats owners and renters ONLY) just across a lightly traveled road. THIS LARGE 1250 SQ FT UNIT IS ONE OF THE SEA OATS UNITS WITH THE LARGEST BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN IN SEA OATS. IT ALSO HAS GREAT SUNSET VIEWS FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND BALCONY. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a plasma TV, a door to the balcony and a large vanity area that can also be used as a great computer area. The second bedroom, with twin beds, has a sliding glass door to the balcony. There are two large chairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. Loved it!
This condo is very nice ! Very clean! Beds are very comfortable! Your walk to the beach is very easy .just crossing a road that not busy . The pool is very nice .you will have to walk up steps thou. It's a very nice place Tami is easy to communicate with .our only problem was the wild kids no one watched at the pool ! Besides that we will revisit!
