Carpe Manana is a 2BD/2BA updated condo on the serene West Beach section of Gulf Shores. With a beautiful view of Little Lagoon from the oversized porch/balcony and private beach access directly across the street, you will have the best of both worlds. The Lagoon is perfect for fishing and watersports. The complex has a private boat ramp and boat slips that can be used by guests during their stay. If the Gulf is a little rough, enjoy the large pool.
Inside you will have everything you need in the kitchen and space for 7 to dine. The living room is inviting and comfortable with new coastal furniture and decorations. The large sectional(with a pop-up trundle bed for two) is perfect for everyone to come together for games or movies (50" Roku TV w/Dish). The bedrooms, one king and one with twin beds, offer plush new mattresses and quality linens.
The unit is close to stairs and two assigned covered parking spots for your vehicles(s). We are one of a few non high rise condos in Gulf Shores with an elevator, which was replaced in 2021.
Lagoon Run #203 is in a low density complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. The condo has a large comfortable balcony/porch that overlooks Little Lagoon and the pool. The condo is tastefully decorated and has all new furnishings. The master bedroom , with en-suite bathroom, has a king bed, with quality linens, a large dresser and a smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has two comfortable twin beds with quality linens that can be moved together to make a king bed. There is a hallway with a bathroom adjacent to the 2nd bedroom joining the two rooms. The open concept living area consists of an awesome sectional that has a trundle pop up bed. There is a large Roku tv that has dish network. The kitchen is well stocked and has ample space for cooking. There is a 4 seat dining table and 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for dining for 7. The condo has a combination washer and dryer and a refrigerator with ice maker. Last but certainly not least, the balcony porch is the best part of the condo. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the comfortable outdoor furniture or enjoy a cocktail in the evening at the pub table on the balcony while watching kayakers or boaters enjoy the Lagoon. The complex is a no smoking and no pets complex. There is a pier for guest use that has a fish cleaning station and swings to enjoy the view. If you bring your boat, you are welcome to use the boat slips and the space for trailers for the week. A boat ramp is adjacent to the pier. Enjoy cookouts on the lawn and use the grills and picnic tables with a water view. The pool is a great size and is centrally located in the center of the complex waterfront. The Gulf of Mexico is just steps away with deeded beach access just across the street. Come to the Laid back area of Gulf Shores and enjoy all the benefits of this condo and see why we say...Carpe Manana!

John & Missy Anthony, owners, are so excited to share this little slice of paradise with you. They are newly empty nesters that love the beach. They picked Lagoon Run because of the low density complex and the gorgeous water view from the balcony.
We had such a good time staying in John and Missy’s condo. The condo is comfortable and so cute. We loved the balcony and spent a good bit of time enjoying the view. The beach is a short, private entrance walk. There are no commercial setup of chairs and umbrellas so we were able to setup at the waters edge. I’ll also recommend “Beach Backs” beach supply rental. For a nominal fee we had a tent, 5 chairs, cooler and ice setup on the beach by 9 in the morning. They returned by 6 and took everything down. We will return to the condo for sure!

We had a wonderful stay!! Loved the condo! This condo was the perfect home away from home for a few days. The king size bedroom was very roomy and the bed slept so good. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the pool and the bay. Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful hosts also!

We had the best time staying at Carpe Mañana. The location is so convenient to the beach - it is a two minute walk, and the beach itself is private and beautiful. When we arrived, the place was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The balcony has a beautiful view and was very peaceful in the mornings. We also loved getting to enjoy the bay and the pool. Our experience was great and I can't recommend this place more!

We had such a great time at Missy and John’s place. Lagoon Run. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, with nice linens. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is very pretty and looks down at the pool and Lagoon. We will absolutely be back.
