Catalina 1410, is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo located on the west end of the 14th floor of the Catalina tower. It is managed on-site by The Beach Club rental program, so your payment is secure, check in/out are easy, and there is always someone available to provide assistance if needed. Also, a CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP IS INCLUDED, so you will have use of all the clubhouse amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, tiki bar and grill, DVDs, live music, special activities, beach chair reservation privilege, and much more.
The condo has been completely remodeled and is just waiting for you to enjoy! Whether you want to just relax or be on the go all day, our luxurious condo has it all. Because this is an extra wide corner unit, there is plenty of light and expansive gulf views with large windows on the side as well as a big lanai facing the Gulf and a small lanai off the second bedroom suite overlooking Mobile Bay.
Everything is updated: tiled flooring throughout, kitchen and bath cabinets with granite, stainless appliances, tiled showers, & all new furnishings. Having rented for many years, we made sure the unit has the amenities adults and families appreciate such as comfortable beds and living area, dining table big enough for meals as well as games, well-appointed lanai, large flat screen smart TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, tasteful décor, and much more.
You'll have to drag yourself away from the spacious lanai with its incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico complete with azure water, pristine white sand beach, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. High-top dining tables & chairs, cushioned club chairs, and zero-gravity loungers create a gathering spot for everyone to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. The closet on the lanai has an assortment of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and a beach cart for your toes-in-the-sand pleasure.
A large open living area with 20+ feet of glass doors facing the gulf has two sofas, comfortable chairs, & 65-inch smart TV. The dining area has seating for eight plus bar stools so you can chat with the cook. A fully-equipped kitchen makes food preparation easy, especially for those special occasions and holiday meals. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the pantry closet.
The condo sleeps up to 10. NOTE: THE BEACH CLUB NOW HAS A 'CLEAN BED' GUARANTEE WHICH MEANS ALL BEDDING IS FRESHLY LAUNDERED FOR EACH GUEST. All 4 bedrooms are suites with a plush king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TVs, & adjoining full bath. One of the largest bedrooms also has a set of twin bunkbeds.
There are Blu-ray players with all TVs & and high-speed internet throughout the Beach Club property.
The 87-acre Beach Club gated complex, is a top-rated destination resort with a wide variety of activities and services for the entire family: eight lighted Rubico tennis courts with pro shop, basketball courts, children’s playground, a village market, deli, ice cream shop, conference center, gift shop and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse, which is next to our building, has a large outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pools and beach, game room, state-of-the-art fitness room, video rentals, spa, hair salon, restaurant, tiki bar & grill, and gift shop. Entertainment includes outdoor movies, live music, bonfire 'sing-a-along' nights on the beach, and many daily activities.
The resort is located on a unique, narrow 16 mile-long spit of land called Fort Morgan peninsula at the mouth of Mobile Bay. In addition to The Beach Club offerings, there are many other things to see and do nearby: top-rated golf courses, restaurants, the vast Bon Secur Bay, and Wildlife Refuge, Dauphin Island (accessible by ferry), charter and shore fishing, and a historic fort to explore. Miniature golf, water parks, amusement centers, and 'the strip' offering every kind of entertainment and dining imaginable are only 12 miles away.

We love the gulf beaches and knew The Beach Club was the right property for us when we saw it. The Fort Morgan peninsula is beautiful and doesn't have the swarms of people and traffic as does the main Gulf Shores/Orange Beach strip. The resort has everything you need for a beach vacation with lots of activities onsite or within a short drive. After owning a 3B/3B unit for a couple of years, we decided to purchase a 4 bedroom corner unit because of the additional space, wonderful light from the gulf-front and side windows, and panoramic views. We hope you will enjoy it, too!

Amazing
Love love love everything about this unit!! Aside from all the beautiful decorations, it’s fully stocked to literally be your home away from home!! We have stayed at so many other units before that didn’t even have a full set of the basics, and yet here we were able to pull off Easter dinner for a family of 7. I also loved that all the amenities of the resort are included vs having to purchase extra wrist bands. My kids loved the daily crafts and arcade while I was able to decompress in the sauna. We literally can not wait to book here again!!
