Description
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, ground floor unit has newly renovated bathrooms with new granite countertops, new showerheads, and new paint! The living area has a 60 inch mounted TV and the kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans.
This lovely condo is a spacious two-bedroom with two and a half baths and a pullout sofa. The condo is just a few steps away from the pristine sandy white beaches of the Gulf Coast. Even though it is located on the first floor, you still have views of the Gulf and the luxury of having your own front yard. You're provided with Wi-Fi, flat-screen tv's in each room, a fully stocked kitchen, and of course comfy beds. The primary bedroom has patio access and private bathroom. The guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and separate full size bed with an attached bathroom. the half bath is located near the entry way. The living room has ample seating for the whole family to enjoy a movie during those rainy days in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials to whip up a family feast after a long day on the beach. The patio has a bistro style dining table to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or late night cocktail as the sun sets. Feel free to enjoy the Bristol building pool and hot tub during your stay for optimal relaxation.
Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the Bristol building outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, hiking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn, and the spa.

Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and travel restrictions lifted, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*

Awesome ground floor condo
Condo very spacious. Sleeps over 8 people very comfortably. Can sleep a lot more - plenty room. Ground floor super convenient. Owner closet unlocked for use of floats chairs umbrellas also! It also had 2 tennis rackets! You can rent rackets at Clubhouse $5 so this was really nice to have in unit and free use! Only thing it could use are more utensils, dishes and dish rags. Superb location. Steps to pool right out front! Also very nice to have 1/2 bath. Would definitely rent again and refer people to that unit as well. We didn’t have little kids with us but if you do, it’s awesome for little ones. No elevators to deal with. Easy in and out access ground floor.

Great condo!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great with it being on the first floor. Our two boys, 2 and 4 were able to run around on the grassy area. The guest bed was a bit high for them so we used the blow up queen mattress and that worked out great. There was only a boogie board in the closet - I imagine people have used the other toys and left them at the beach. But just FYI make sure to bring your own toys.

Perfect vacation

Family vacation was great!!
The condo was wonderful and so conveniently located on the ground floor! Perfect for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. All amenities were exactly as stated. Huge TV! Beds were very comfy and air conditioner worked great. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Having a fully functioning kitchen was so beneficial, even if the cabinets and lighting do need a little updating. One drawback was that the resort is undergoing a lot of upgrades currently with irrigation and landscaping. Also, the condo is located next to the main trash collection for the floor. While this was extraordinarily convenient, it could be a little noisy at times. All things considered, it was a great family vacation and the condo is a wonderful place to call home for a week!

Family Vacation June 2019
We had a great trip in June of 2019. We had 6 adults and 2 kids (teen and 7 year old). Having two full bathrooms and a half bath was a plus! The condo was beautifully decorated and being on the ground floor was convenient. It was nice to walk out and not have to take the elevator. We did have to go around through the inside door and couldn’t walk on the grass straight to the pool/ocean. We had a couple of small issues, but the property manager was quick to respond and resolve them. The resort itself is nice and has a lot of neat activities for kids and adults. Check out the food trucks nightly. It was a neat environment. Overall it was a great family vacation!

Memorial Memorial Day
We had an amazing time! The condo had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed being on the ground floor with the little lawn. Centrally located between the clubhouse and the beach. We bought the wristbands to have access to the clubhouse pool and bar. Totally worth it! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed this ground floor unit! We loved being able to dump all our wet and sandy items outside after the beach and not have to drag them through the unit. Also, we were traveling with a 4 yr old, so it was nice to be able to let him have some green space just outside to run around in.
Everything was clean and ready for us to have a relaxing time! There was no corkscrew in the unit, but we purchased one from a small store less than a mile up the road (I think it was called Pines).
The door has a code for entry, which was helpful not to have to keep up with a room key all week!
We loved the unit and the resort, we’d definitely stay here again!!!
