4) Beach towels & Dark washcloths for make-up/stain removal provided but must be washed by Guests, if used, prior to departure; $50 fee for housekeeping to wash
5) Charcoal Grill provided but must be cleaned, if used, prior to Guest departure; $50 Fee for housekeeping to clean

Contact property manager to request third parking pass, if needed. Parking violations incurred by any of our guests will be responsibility of guest and deducted from Security Deposit or payable to PM.

High-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet service is provided to our guests at no

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that are made at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival will incur no penalty.
Cancellations that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment & Security Deposit if a new reservation is not secured.
