Additional Property Information
PARKING FEE – Effective June 2023, The Beach Club is imposing a Guest Parking Fee for each vehicle in your party during your stay. The parking fee is $40 per vehicle. This fee along with the license plate number and driver name for each vehicle will be collected by the Property Manager one month prior to arrival. Further details regarding parking passes will be emailed to each guest after a reservation is made.

Perfect
This was the perfect condo for our vacation. It is very spacious and allowed us to never feel that we were in each others way. The kitchen was stocked with everything one needs. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus, everyone was able to get ready at the same time. Can't say enough about the balcony. It is very large and has enough furniture so everyone can enjoy. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the Gulf from high above. Although we only used one beach chair the beach closet looked to have everything one would need. We enjoyed the fact that we were 12 miles from the busy streets and noise of Gulf Shores. The beach for the most part was not crowded. The resort is very nice and well kept. It has many wide sidewalks that we enjoyed taking walks on. There is also tennis courts, basketball court, play area, etc that you can enjoy. Fran made the rental of this property very easy and we were comfortable working with her.This is a condo we will consider on future trips to the Ft. Morgan area.

Great Condo!
The condo itself is beautiful and very spacious. We had a total of 9 people in the condo and there was plenty of room for us to eat together and relax in the family room. We enjoyed being able to use the grill on the back deck and having access to the owner's closet with all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the kids. The owner was very quick to answer any questions that we had and responded quickly with any issues that came up. It was very clean and had everything you could ever want and then some. The owner has really planned ahead to accommodate all of your needs.
We loved the Village Lawn at the front of the complex. The kids had a great time playing volleyball and corn hole, and they had nightly activities for the kids to do as well - face painting, bubbles, etc. The food trucks were convenient for ice cream and food if you didn't want to drive 12 miles into Gulf Shores.
The owner of the condo recommended we visit the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and that was a huge hit with all of us! I would highly recommend to anyone to do this one day while you are here. They allow you to hold baby kangaroos, pet lemurs, goats, donkeys,etc. It is a really neat place.
The only negative we found was the amount of people in the condo building itself and on the beach. There was always a wait for the elevator no matter when you needed it, and it was a struggle finding a cart to help load and unload your car since everyone was checking in and checking out at the same time. Space is limited on the beach where you can put your own umbrellas, tents, etc., so it was a struggle finding a spot in the front where you could watch the kids in the ocean. Most of the time we just sat on the shore in the water.
All in all, it's a really nice condo and we enjoyed spending the week together with our family. Gulf Shores and Ft. Morgan are both beautiful areas for vacation. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to use the condo for the week.

1908 Avalon is the BOMB!!!
We totally enjoyed our stay in this luxurious condo with all the amenities you need! The accommodations were great, beds were comfy, the master shower was fabulous. The pools are always great, the restaurants/food trucks are a bonus, and then you have the ocean! We have grown children and two grandchildren and it was the nicest stay we've ever had and we've been to The Beach Club several times. We highly recommend this particular condo if you have a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Fran's condo! Very nice with everything we needed! There were 8 adults and 2 small children. Enough room for everyone and plenty of beach items so we didn't have to bring anything! We would love to go back!

Terrific Winter Home
My wife and I have spent the past four winters in this unit. Fran and Don have been wonderful to work with and have responded quickly to any of our needs. The unit is great as it has much more room than the two or even three bedroom units. With over 2,000 square feet it becomes a second home instead of a small condo unit. The unit is well furnished with everything you would need for a long stay. Yes, the Beach Club is not in the Downtown area but there are many advantages to having your own private community. During the winter and summer the community develops its own activities and there is always something that you can participate in. If you are looking to stay in Gulf Shores don't overlook this unit.

Our condo was very nice, worked well for our large family! Owner is very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Loved the beach access and pool. We would highly recommend this location for a great vacation site.

Great condo!
I took a group of 4 honor society students down for a training retreat. The condo was perfect; the resort was quiet enough to get work done but provided a beautiful beach for playing! Well furnished with lots of extras! Thanks for a great stay

Awesome Vacation
Our family enjoyed their vacation! Throughout the week, we had our children and grandchildren with us, and there was more than enough room. We really like that each bedroom has a private bath. The beach is absolutely beautiful!
