Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $200 per person over and you will be asked to leave.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
Hanging basket/swing chairs on veranda are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The weight limit for this type of chair is 200 pounds. Children must be supervised. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from use of these chairs.
Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $500 fine.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $200 per hour.
Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.
Rental agreement and security deposit must be complete. The name on reservation needs to match name on rental agreement and security deposit credit card.
