Our brand new beach house offers gorgeous ocean views that you can enjoy while relaxing on the deck, in the living room or kitchen. It comfortably sleeps 12, has 3.5 bathrooms, an exquisite, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need, full size washer and dryer plus a kids separate hang out room upstairs. Our beach house has 4 bedrooms; 2 of which are masters with kings, the third with a plush queen bed and the fourth is a bunk room with craftsman twin over full beds. The open floor plan living area has large, comfy couches next to the dining area with seating for up to 10 plus four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Unwind at the end of the day enjoying fantastic sunset views on one of our many front or back decks. You are going to love staying in this custom built beach house while enjoying the tropical breeze off of the Gulf of Mexico.

Policies
Maintenance: Owner shall maintain the property in working order. Tenant shall promptly inform Owner of any unsafe or dangerous conditions and of any required repairs or inoperable equipment.

TO REPORT UNSAFE OR DANGEROUS CONDITIONS OR REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES, EMAIL ONBEACHTIME365@GMAIL.COM.

Owner shall make repairs within a reasonable time of receiving notice. Owner, or Owner’s agent, may enter the property during the rental term to inspect the property or make repairs. Tenant will be charged all costs associated with unnecessary repair requests. Tenant is not entitled to a refund of any rent paid due to damage, defects or inoperable equipment. Tenant acknowledges that power outages may occur and that Owner is not responsible for any food loss or other damages incurred due to power outages, and Tenant shall not be entitled to the refund of any rent due to power outages.

Owner’s Personal Property: Owner may mark certain property for personal use and may maintain a personal closet or areas locked and/or reserved for Owner’s personal property. Tenant shall not attempt to access those areas, tamper with locks, or in any way use Owner’s personal property.

Pets: NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY.

Violation of this provision shall result in immediate termination of the rental without refund, and Owner shall retain the $500.00 from Tenant’s security deposit for pet cleaning, plus the cost of any damages.
Additional Info
Exterior Security Cameras: Security cameras are installed and utilized on the exterior of the Property for the safety of tenants and to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Tenant shall not tamper with and/or disconnect or otherwise disable exterior security camera(s), and violation of this provision shall result in immediate termination of the rental without refund, and Owner shall retain the $500.00 from Tenant’s security deposit for necessary repair, replacement and/or reinstallation of security camera(s), plus the cost of any damages.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: All cancellations must be in writing. Amounts paid by Tenant (LESS A TEN PERCENT (10%) CANCELLATION FEE) are refundable up until sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date. Fifty percent (50%) of the amounts paid by Tenant are refundable up until fifteen (30) days prior to the Arrival Date.

NO AMOUNT PAID BY TENANT SHALL BE REFUNDED LESS THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE.

Hurricanes – Refunds are not given unless there is a State/Gov’t mandated evacuation. The renter is solely responsible for their decision and safety.

“My family stayed in this beautiful beach house for a week this summer. It was a fantastic vacation. The owners have thought of every little detail that you could possibly want. The house is designed perfectly. Privacy when you want it but large family spaces for when you need it. Fantastic views from every window. The sunsets are amazing! Plenty of space to just relax and enjoy the scenery. My kids loved the hangout space underneath. The beds were super comfy and the level of cleanliness was wonderful. The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Fort Morgan gives you the private beach feeling while still close enough to town to enjoy all the restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely rent “On Beach Time” again! Best vacation ever!”

“My family had the pleasure of staying for a week in this beautiful home. It has everything you would need for a home away from home. Besides it having lots of open space inside the house to congregate and have fun, it has lots of outside space as well with decks on both floors that overlook the ocean where you can hear and see the waves and even dolphins if you are lucky. It is also very quiet and not crowded. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare and cook your favorite meals. There is also a huge dining room table as well as stools at the island so everyone can sit and enjoy their meals together. There is no doubt that a lot of time and effort went into building this house to be shared for many families to enjoy for years to come.”

Breathtaking Ocean Views

“We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at On Beach Time. This house is brand new so everything is exquisite. I cannot begin to express how breathtaking the ocean views are from this home. You can enjoy the stunning views while relaxing on one of the multi layer front decks, living room, both master suites and even while preparing food from the kitchen. Their kitchen was by far the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever come across in a rental. It has everything you could need and more. The fact that this house has two living rooms was so nice. The adults could hang out on the main level and relax while the kids all had their own living room with TV upstairs to chill in. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The beach was just steps away and being able to come back and shower off before entering the house was a huge plus. Under the beach house there are picnic tables by the grill plus comfy seating and even a basketball goal.(Which our kids really enjoyed). We loved unwinding each evening on the huge patio while enjoying the ocean breeze and colorful sunset. There are multiple restaurants and ice cream places within 5 minutes from the beach house: Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks and some food trucks (evening only) at the Beach Club. The Sassy Bass also has a little grocery and surf shop. We click listed our groceries for pick up the day we arrived at the Gulf Shores Walmart (13 mins away); and for little things we needed at the last minute we ran to the Dollar General just like 3 minutes up the street. This is hands down our new favorite beach get away. We cannot wait to go back and relax on the pristine white sands and stay at On Beach Time. The owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with.”
