The views from the balcony include watching the boating activity coming in and out of the Perdido Beach Pass so you have entertainment early and late afternoon. Outdoor dining set for all your sunset balcony dinners. All brand new, fresh clean and across from Wolf Bay Restaurant, ice cream parlor, donut shop.... what else do you need?

As you walk into this unit, you immediately are struck by the spectacular views from your family living area and Gulf Front that you will enjoy each and every day. This elegant 3 bedroom is a professionally decorated unit, and offers 1771 square feet of open floorplan for everyone to have more than enough space to spread out! This unit is much larger than other Phoenix properties and one of the few with a totally private balcony.

The gourmet kitchen will be sure to impress, offering professional -grade stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a wet bar with ice maker, making entertainment a breeze! This unit has luxury décor, space, and privacy for the entire family. You can enjoy both family time or a little private time when necessary.

With premium mattresses and luxury appointments in the bedrooms and bath, you'll definitely catch up on some much-needed rest and relaxation during your vacation. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and adjoining bath includes a jetted 2-person tub, separate walk-in shower, and vanity with two sinks.

The 2nd bedroom features 2 premium queen beds and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom offers another 2 premium queen beds with attached full bath! The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway. This luxury condo includes sleeping accommodation for up to 8-10 people.

Go down to hit the lazy river, finish with a jacuzzi and just take it easy in your home at the Gulf! The complex has a large outdoor recreational space, including the famous gulf-front lazy river with slide, the largest swimming pool in Orange Beach, the highly desired splash pad for toddlers, and even grilling stations!

On the main ground level inside, there is the Olympic size heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi nearby in order to relax the muscles. There is plenty of walking space with easy access to the beach. On the lobby floor by the front desk, there is an extensive state-of-the-art fitness complex that leads to saunas.

Parking passes are $50 per car and are good for your entire stay. There is a maximum of 2 passes in the peak season. In the slow season you may purchase 3rd pass based on complex’s capacity. There is off-site overflow parking information available. Check-in time is 4pm, but you are welcome to enjoy the pool/beach until we let you know the unit is ready.

You will be financially responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your family during your stay.

Parking Passes - $50 purchased at front desk upon arrival. Not included in rental fees (Maximum of 2 cars). Overflow parking information is available.

The condo is considered a luxury unit in the Phoenix Orange Beach II and family friendly. We only rent to the number of people that could comfortably fit in beds in our unit. We are unable to rent to groups of individuals under 25 years of age as prohibited by the complex. Generally early arrival is not available as we make every effort to do a comprehensive deep clean on turnover days, but every effort is made to reach the guest to notify if they can get in sooner than 4pm.

Upon arrival, you will need to purchase up to 2 parking passes for your stay and you will receive resort bracelets for your stay that will allow you to use all amenities. Children under 5 do not need to wear ID bracelets.
Additional Info
Upon Departure, we ask you to leave by 10am and simply throw out all garbage, place all dishes in the dish washer, and tidy up a bit. Each family appreciates the effort of every earlier family to keep the condo as pristine as possible.
