× About Glenda Huffman
From Grandkids to Grandparents We are a multigenerational family. As we searched to find a special beachfront home to call our own, we hoped to find a place that would have a special appeal to each generation. After visiting several states and beaches, the choice for us became clear. The white sand and blue water of the Alabama coast was the winner, and the Beach Club was the venue that offered a unique blend of natural beauty in a family friendly resort setting. Whether it is a spa day for the girls, fishing for the guys, a couples tennis match, or an array of family friendly and kid activities-it is all here. We could not be more pleased to find this gem of a spot where it is easy to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy family and friends. We know vacation time is precious, and it is our goal that you have a wonderful experience that builds memories. Settle in for a L.A. (Lower Alabama) time of relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy your stay at our Gulf Shores Beach Getaway.

The property was exactly as stated. It had a great layout and everything you would need. Besides the drive from downtown Gulf Shores being a little long, it was a perfect stay!

We had a fantastic vacation, very family friendly. Everyone had a great time, wonderful views of the ocean and pool. We cannot wait to go back sometime. We all love Alabama and this was the best place yet that we’ve stayed.

Glenda is amazing! the property is amazing! You are literally facing the beach and the pool! The outside closet is stock full of beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys. You don't need to bring any of it! Loved it and will definitely return!

There were 3 generations of my family staying. The condo had everything for all of us. The condo was amazing and the location was to die for. Glenda is an amazing host and opened her home to us. This was our first trip to a Gulf Shores and we were blessed to have her Beach Club Resort condo and all the amenities included to stay in. This is a true family destination. Glenda touched base with me several times to see if there was anything we needed. Three children under the age of 7 and five adults had everything we could ask for. We stayed 6 nights and took every waking moment enjoying the condo, beach, pools and resort grounds. Two days after returning home and we miss being there. The look on my grandkids faces was priceless every time they looked off the deck and saw everything. We are already making plans to go back. Thank you, Glenda for making our experience memorable ❤️

The condo was as advertised - lovely with mostly high-end furnishings/upgrades. The view of the beach and ocean were perfect. It is on the 2nd story right above the pool, which was ideal. The beds were comfortable and large. The kids bunk beds were safe and perfect for our older (3 and 5 yoa) boys. If you use the trundle underneath, it gets a bit difficult to open the doors to the kids room. The washer -dryer is in a closet in the kitchen hallway, which can be a bit loud in the children's room/kitchen. The master bed/bath is ideal, except for the shower curtain hooks, which catch/grind/squeak. The 2nd bedroom is also quite nice with it's own en-suite. The outside closet is jam-packed (arguably too much so) with beach equipment. The balcony/patio has large/high furniture, somewhat unsuitable for children. The TVs had cable and satellite, and the main TV had Netflix and Amazon Video. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were a few minor detractors - the bathroom linens were hotel-standard white and thin; the dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward when opened. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience and highly recommended.
The resort is a bit out of the way, but we wanted that. It has a somewhat odd layout with the ice cream shop, guest services, and the hideaway grill/pub detached from the main resort. They were not a short walk away. The ice cream shop closed at 5pm each day as well. Both concepts lead to a poor business strategy. At the resort, the pools are ideally positioned outside the clubhouse and each condo building. They are well-maintained. The resort offered children's crafts and bomb-pops each day. The food taste was very good at both the poolside grill and at Coast restaurant...but the service at Coast was atrocious. Long wait two nights in a row for under-cooked food on one night. They did discount the meals by 25% and add free appetizers as apologies.
There was one policy about the resort that upset us (nothing the condo owners could directly control.) Fishing was permitted on the same resort beaches as swimming. On day 1 my 5 year old reached down and retrieved from the sand a 2-inch serrated fish hook lost from a broken line. We were 10-20 feet from the beach in 1-2 ft deep water. I have been to beaches all along the East Coast, Gulf, West Coast and Mexico. This was the first time I have seen fishing permitted among swimming.

Bristol 207 was a beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us on the second floor and above the pool. The bed set up was good for us with 2 couples and 2 children. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds and our son and daughter-in-law liked having a king bed. All the beds were comfortable. Decorating was tasteful and comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated that there were plastic and melmac dishes to use with the kids. So many rentals have only glass dishes.
The owners were very responsive when contacted and quickly resolved a couple minor problems.
We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The pools / beach were a big hit with the family and it's nice being on the 2nd floor so we were able to take the stairs a lot and not wait for elevators. There are carts in the main lobby area to help you carry your stuff to / from the room which is super handy. All of the beach chairs were definitely handy as well as the beach toys...can't tell you how much sand the two little shovels moved! :P
My only suggestions would be to include just a few more of the essentials that people aren't really thinking of when they're going on vacation: kitchen dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper. Had to go out and buy more toilet paper later in the week because each bathroom was only stocked with a single roll, if someone is staying for a week, it may be nice to provide 2 rolls per bathroom...but this definitely was NOT the end of the world.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the Huffman's Endlessly Summer condo at the beach! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The 3rd bathroom was very useful and is a game changer with 6 adults. The clubhouse is also beautiful and the ladies locker room is amazing. The poolside activities for little children sounded fun, but we were all adults. Fort Morgan is a not very close to "everything " Gulfshores has to offer, so make a good list and get everything in one trip!
