This lovely condo is located on the 1st floor (not ground level) which gives you the feeling of the ocean just steps away while sitting on the balcony. Your view includes miles and miles of white sandy beaches and the sunsets are amazing. You can enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins play while enjoying the fresh ocean air! The condo has a twin hallway bunk, King in the Master, and a pull-out sofa bed. It is fully stocked with all your culinary needs if you cook in, free Wifi, and is located in the heart of Orange Beach very close to many restaurants if you want to eat out. Tradewinds is directly on the beach and across the street from Adventure Island, close to Bubba's Seafood House, The Ruby Slipper for breakfast or Brunch, and just minutes from the Walmart Neighborhood Market. If you are wanting to go offshore or inshore fishing during your stay, we highly recommend RX Charter fishing for private fishing trips. If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.

Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of rental money and eviction from the property. Name on contract must be one of the occupants staying at condo and must be 25 years of age or older
Cancellation Policy
*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation. 

If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel.

Trade Winds 102 ~ Cute Newly Updated Beachfront Condo!
This will our returning home in OB every year!

First of all, let’s talk about how wonderful the owner of this Condo was! Friendly, compassionate, truly wonderful she was, she went out of her way to accompany our needs more than once! My son accidentally left his beloved bear tangled up in blanket.. so when this momma was packing things up I didn’t realize we had left him behind! Frantically I txt her to see if it was possible to retrieve him, she had him boxed up and shipped to us within 2 days, my son cried tears of joy! Secondly the condo itself was gorgeous, you COULD NOT ask for a better view in the mornings and evenings from the balcony! No wait on the elevators, and always an available parking spot with no hassle! The condo was clean and fresh, plenty of towels, the living room furniture was spacious and stylish, this condo had everything needed to make our 10 day stay wonderful! My husband went on and on about the bed in the master bedroom-he has a bad back! ..told me at one point “when we get home, we are going to get a bed just like this one lol!” The outdoor patio furniture was lovely and comfy , we definitely bragged about our condo the entire trip some nights we didn’t even leave because it felt like home! We have stayed several places the last few years in OB and trade winds 102 blew them all out of the water! We will be back next year!!

Great view and location

Great condo with the perfect location. Air was not working when we arrived but the owner had it fixed the next morning. Other than that I would high recommend. Will be going back. Very close to the beach and the pool was so clean!

Excellent

We stayed at the Tradewinds Unit 102 on Orange Beach. The unit was very nice and up to date. The bed was very comfortable which was good. The resort was well maintained and was very clean. It had a great balcony ocean view, and a nice pool. They had great security guards. We did miss having a hot tub. The beach and surrounding area was very nice. We would definitely go back.
