The High Speed WiFi along with the most up to date Smart TVs / Bose Sound Link system make it the perfect destination for the most selective guest traveling to the beautiful sugary white shores of Orange Beach, AL. Your guest will appreciate the generous living space on the main level which includes an over sized electric fireplace with a new 75 inch smart TV, the back porch has a high top table that seats six which is adjacent to a patio area that features a gas fire pit with five chairs, and charcoal grill.
This home will quickly become your favorite Orange Beach vacation getaway as you will find that its definitely a cut above the normal vacation beach rentals.


The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed for the most discriminating chef. This kitchen features a unique coffee bar with a standard Cuisinart coffeemaker and a Keurig with the best coffee cups in town. Any bakers in the group? Never fear we have supplied you with a sweet KitchenAid mixer with baking pans galore. For your trips to the beach, the owner has supplied you with a yeti cooler to use during your stay. Your guest will enjoy the over-sized locally made custom circular kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably, as well as the kitchen bar that seats 4. This beautiful home will accommodate up to 17 guest - The main living area has a queen sofa sleeper,sleeps two, and an electric fireplace with a 75 inch smart TV. The huge master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and features a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping four, electric fireplace sitting area, with 70 inch smart TV, and cozy swivel recliner and a large ensuite bath with extra large soaking tub and large shower. There are three more bedrooms and 3 full private baths up stairs for each bedroom. The second bedroom features a king bed,sleeping two, with a 55 inch smart TV, the third bedroom features 2 queen beds,sleeping four, with 55 inch TV, and the forth bedroom features a full size bunk bed sleeping four with 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs there is a twin pullout chair suitable for a child in hallway. Also, there is half bath located on the main floor as well. There is a pool in neighborhood.


Summer Salt 38 is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, ( located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe ), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers plenty of ample parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking".
The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk.

You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for the biking, running or walking enthusiast head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of
trails.
