-Beach Key Fob:
Located in the unit upon arrival.
Key Fob must be used to access the beach and to return to the property from the beach.
Key Fob must be placed back in unit upon your departure date failure to do so a $100 fine will be charged to the guest for replacement of the FOB.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $50.00 administrative cancellation fee.

If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will be processed minus the $50.00 fee. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons; however, a prorated amount will be refunded in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes and/or weather. In the event that a booking is canceled prior to check-in due to a mandatory weather evacuation, a full refund will be given.
