***This direct Gulf front one bedroom unit is located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix 7 building. The unit has a beautiful Gulf front balcony overlooking the water! This unit has been updated with a remodeled kitchen with granite. The bedroom features a NEW king bed with a queen pull out sofa.

Phoenix VII is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State park. The State park now features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State park pier! There are plenty of watersports to enjoy close by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.
