Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property. Gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED in it along with a flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with an remodeled shower. The 2nd bedroom has TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv. The unit as been updated with wood plank flooring throughout and a remodeled is fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is in a great location on the 7th floor at Phoenix East. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay
