Description
Gulf State Park access just steps away with access to over 25 miles or hiking/biking trails. Deeded beach access less than .5 mile walk away with stop light to control traffic while crossing street to the beach.

Stay Salty, OBA is located in a quiet, family friendly area in Orange Beach, Alabama. The entire city of Orange Beach has a firm noise ordinance after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. The Orange Beach police do patrol the area and we have full time neighbors that will notify us of any major disturbances. We want you to enjoy your vacation but also ask that you be respectful of other neighbors.
Per our HOA rules limiting rentals to one primary family, at least 50% of all guests must be related to the primary tenant (grandparents, parents, children, siblings, cousins, etc). Please contact host if you have questions on this.
Will consider Sun - Sun, Sat - Sat, Sun - Sat rentals May 30th thru Aug 7th, 6 night min.

No RV's or campers
No smoking of any kind on property, inside or out!
Max of 10 people over 13 years of age. 12 people in total per the City or Orange Beach code.
Rental agreement must be signed before reservation is confirmed and valid
Renter must be 25 years of age or older and agrees to occupying the property every night of the reservation.
Owner has the right to request Government ID be submitted to owner for verification of age requirement. (Text or email)
Renter assumes responsibility of any damage to the property from any guest on the premises
No tampering of security cameras.
CANCELLATION 31 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a REFUND of the amount paid minus a $25.00 cancellation fee and any banking fees (usually around 3% if paid by PayPal).
EARLY DEPARTURE - There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.

About John Tippery
John and Rachel live in a small community in south-central Wisconsin with their four boys, ranging in ages from 13 to 9 years. Both active members of the community, volunteering as local Cubmaster, hockey coach, baseball coach and of course, taxi to/from soccer, hockey, baseball, basketball, piano, wrestling, football, cross-country, swimming and scouting activities. One of our favorite family activities is attending Milwaukee Brewers games. We love it SO much, we have visited 14 of the 30 MLB ballparks and plan to visit all 30 before the oldest boys turn 18!
We wouldn’t trade our busy lives in Wisconsin for anything, and we are so thankful to have found the relaxing, family-friendly community of Orange Beach, we now happily call our home away from home.

Perfection
We had 15 of us it was EXACTLY what we needed. Host was pleasure to work with. Plenty of beach towels, seating, and great location. Woukd love to return.

Perfect for our family beach trip.
John‘s house was perfect for our family beach trip. We had 10 people total, so the 5 bedrooms each having their own bathroom was awesome.
Plus having the half bath downstairs near the kitchen was perfect. Most of the bedrooms having king beds was amazing. And the one room with the bunkbeds and the sofa couch for the kids was exactly what we needed.
The house was spacious and clean and had everything you could ask for. The pool was literally right across the street, and the 7-8 minute walk to the beach was super easy, especially with the stoplight to help walk across the road.
Tons of restaurants and things to do like mini golf at night all within a short, 5 minute drive.
We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Orange Beach.

Family Trip Perfection
The house and community made for a wonderful vacation stay for our family! Having a bathroom for each bedroom makes all the difference and was a big plus. The home is well appointed and very cozy. The pool was conveniently located and the walking trails provided hours of enjoyment. The owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns with great communication. Highly recommend!

Great family celebration on Orange Beach
A lovely stay in this spacious, well equipped, just a described home for our multi-generational spring break/birthday celebration. Everything worked well, no issues with anything. Every room had its own bathroom plus an extra on the main level. Loved the easy access to the bike/walking trails throughout the back country and connecting around Shelby Lake and easy access to the amazing white sand beaches. Easy access to tons of restaurants . Try Ruby Slipper for the best brunch! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great House in OBA
This was a great house with great spaces. It was conveniently located and the perfect place for our two families to stay. It had great access to hiking and biking trails and a short distance to the beach. We will be back.

Very nice house with a full bath attached to each bedroom
Very nice house with a full bath attached to each bedroom. (5 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms) Everything worked well. About a 10 minute walk to the beach (easy to do with a signaled crosswalk to cross a busy highway. Would recommend accompanying young children on this walk.) House backs up to a large State Park with easy access to miles of trails for bike riding, walking, running and looking for wildlife. A nice comfortable house and I would certainly stay there again. We enjoyed our vacation there.

Absolutely perfect! House is beautiful,the 5 spacious bedrooms and each with private baths and even 1/2 bath was ideal for our mini family reunion with our adult children. Host went above and beyond for us which was much appreciated. Beach is very short walk,and tons to do in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
