The Osprey community is located near the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Close to Perdido Pass, each home features a private boat slip. Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary Flora-Bama! Of course, you may never even want to leave the home after enjoying the canal view from the balcony and all the amenities offered paradise awaits. Local activities include charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke s Landing Marina, boat jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
