GETTING THERE:
From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express. In 19.2 miles turn left onto Foley Beach Express, in 12.9 miles turn left onto Canal Rd. Then, stay in the right lane to turn right onto AL-161. In 1.7 miles turn right onto Perdido Beach Blvd, in another 1.7 miles Four Winds will be on the left.
GETTING AROUND:

If you're feeling more adventurous, you can rent a bike and explore the area. There's a paved walking and biking path that goes along the beach for several miles.

This can be a good option if you don't want to rent a car or if you're just going a short distance.
● Coast Cab: operates in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Perdido Key, Pensacola Airport
● Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
● Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.

✅ Beaches
Relaxing on the beach is a must-do while staying at Four Winds Perdido Beach. The sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, and beachcombing.
✅ Water Sports:
Gulf Shores is a popular destination for water sports, and there are many companies that offer rentals for jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and more.
You can also rent jet skis, parasail, or take a banana boat ride for a more adventurous experience.
✅ Fishing:
The Alabama Gulf Coast is a world-renowned fishing destination. You can fish from the shore, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, or go pier fishing. There are a variety of fish to be caught, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.
✅ Gulf State Park:
Gulf State Park is a beautiful state park with over 6,500 acres of beaches, forests, and wetlands. You can go hiking, biking, camping, fishing, or kayaking in the park. The park also has a nature center with exhibits on the plants and animals of the area.
✅ Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.
This zoo is home to over 2,500 animals from around the world. You can take a tram tour through the zoo or walk through the exhibits to see the animals up close.

The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.
There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows.

Policies
● Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
● Please be courteous and respectful of check-in time.
● Your door code will not be active prior to 3:00 PM.
● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
▸ One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid
▸ Single sized dish washing detergent pack
▸ Single use laundry washing detergent
▸ Two large trash bags
▸ Small trash bag for each bathroom
▸ Roll of Paper towels
● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
● We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
● Trash Chutes are located (1) from elevators to the right and around the corner (2) from the unit to the left and around the corner
▸ Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes!
▸ Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they never stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit, outside on the balcony, pool decks, stairwells, and other common areas.
▸ There is a designated smoking area to the left of the building.
● Two (2) Parking pass is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival.
▸ Security is strict, please place your parking pass in your vehicle immediately.
▸ You may park in any open/available parking space.
▸ Parking passes are $50 per vehicle per stay and price is subject to change.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee and credit card processing fees (if applicable), will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

Travel Insurance:
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel.
The standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
