Bella Luna 902 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that is family friendly with modern furnishings. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, spa-like ensuite, balcony access, and flat screen tv. The primary bathroom has a jetted, spa-like soaker tub, double vanity sinks, and walk-in shower. The first guestroom features a queen size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen tv. The queen guest bath has a shower/tub combo and single vanity sink. The last guest room features two full size beds, a private bathroom, and flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity sink, located right outside the shower room. The kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances, including a massive freezer and refrigerator. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware and utensils to create your culinary masterpieces. The dining table is set for four guests with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Enjoy a crafted cocktail from the dry bar that includes a wine cooler. The living area boasts beautiful views and ample seating, perfect for entertaining your guests. The sectional has a bed for additional sleeping arrangements, if needed. The unit does come with a full size washer and dryer. The balcony has ample seating, including: loungers, table seating, and a conversation setting for you and your guests. The views from the balcony are unbeatable. Enjoy watching the boasts cruise Ole River and dock at local marinas. Watch amazing sunsets on the bay and pool areas.
This is a very family-friendly complex with a lot of amenities. There are 3 outdoor pools including an "adult-only" pool, one indoor hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub. There is also an indoor heated pool, an exercise room that has a Sauna and Steam room, a small beach area on the bay where kids can catch crabs. This is also a boater's delight. Even though we do not have a slip with this unit, you can park your vessel for up to 5 days on the left outer dock.
The Beach is just a few steps away with private deeded access. Even though you do have to cross the street, you can have your feet in the sand in 5 minutes. The beaches are never too crowded and have miles of plush white sands and beautiful blue waters. You are also within walking distance of the famous Flora Bama! Bella Luna is a gated Complex and your gate code will be provided in your check in instructions. Upon Arrival Guests must check in and register with the front desk and purchase parking passes. Passes are $50 each / Max 2 Vehicles. You have 1 assigned parking spot in the below garage, and your 2nd vehicle can park on the top deck parking area. Guest will have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools and outdoor hot tub, marina for fishing, fitness center, which includes a sauna and steam room. (Guests do not have access to owner lounge and theatre)
Important Things to Note:
*Renters must be at least 25 years of age. They must sign in at front desk and Id Must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
*A Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
*Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Bella Luna is the definition of luxury. Beautiful inside and out, Bella Luna is one of a kind! You're within walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama, walking distance to restaurants and water sports, including jet ski rentals, dolphin tours and so much more. We have boat docks available for rent based on availability. The Bella Luna has 3 outdoor pools, including an "adult only" pool. The beach is just across the street with a private deeded beach access for our less crowded beach area.

Parking passes are not included and must be purchased separately upon arrival. $50/each max 2.
- Renters Must be at least 25 years of age. You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.

Policies
- If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
- *It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
