Description

The Bella Luna is truly one-of-a-kind where you can have the best of both worlds, the Bay and the Beach. Take in the endless views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River from this unit's 8th-floor wrap-around balcony.

This spacious unit has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a large living room with a flat-screen tv, ample seating, and a wet bar area with a wine cooler and ice machine. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite and balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access with bay view, an ensuite with a walk-in rain shower with body jets, and a separate jetted tub. The king guestroom has a private ensuite with a tub/shower combination and balcony access with beach views. The bunk room features a full over full bunk, a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and balcony access with Gulf views.

This is a very family-friendly complex with a lot of amenities. There are 3 outdoor pools including an "adult-only" pool, one indoor hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub. There is also an indoor heated pool, an exercise room that has a Sauna and Steam room, a small beach area on the bay where kids can catch crabs. This is also a boater's delight. Even though we do not have a slip with this unit, you can park your vessel for up to 5 days on the left outer dock.

The Beach is just a few steps away with private deeded access. Even though you do have to cross the street, you can have your feet in the sand in 5 minutes. The beaches are never too crowded and have miles of plush white sands and beautiful blue waters. You are also within walking distance of the famous Flora Bama!


Important Things To Note:

- Renters must be at least 25 years of age. - When checking in to the Bella Luna at the front desk, the Guest must provide an ID that matches the name on the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs are in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
According to the ADA
- "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities"
- "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
