Welcome to Westwind, your gateway to Gulf Shores paradise. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is your ticket to beachfront bliss, with all the comforts of home and the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico right outside your door.

Gulf Front Views: Prepare to be captivated by the stunning vistas of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From the private balcony, you can savor breathtaking sunrises, watch dolphins at play, and enjoy the tranquil sounds of the sea.

Comfortable Coastal Living: Inside, you'll find a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for your relaxation. The condo can accommodate up to six guests and features built-in bunks and a sleeper sofa for added convenience.

Modern Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and you'll have access to free internet and streaming services like Hulu Live, ESPN+, and Disney+. After a day of beachcombing, unwind in the shared pool or take a dip in the Gulf.

Explore Gulf Shores: When you're not soaking up the sun on the beach or poolside, Gulf Shores offers a wealth of attractions. Parking Pass: One parking pass will be left on the entryway table. Please place it in your vehicle immediately, as the HOA will issue fines and tow vehicles without a pass.

Before You Arrive: We strive to have your unit ready by 3:00 p.m., but please be patient during peak seasons if we are running behind. If the condo is ready earlier, we'll notify you.

Start-Up Supplies Provided: For your convenience, we offer basic amenities upon arrival, including soap, toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, and paper towels. Please replace items as needed during your stay. We provide both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, but guests must bring their own filters and coffee.

Rental Chairs: During peak season, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. We aim to provide at least two chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for kids. Please remember to return borrowed items. Beach towels are not provided.

WiFi: WiFi information is available in this listing's profile and posted in the condo after booking.

Departure Instructions:

Load and run the dishwasher; do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
Leave used beds unmade and do not strip linens.
Remove all trash from the unit, using the trash chute located opposite the elevators (away from the elevators). Trash must be in bags.
Please inform us when you have checked out.

House Rules:

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property and stay during the rental period.
Absolutely no "visitors" unless they are listed in your reservation for liability reasons.
Report any missing or damaged items promptly. The owner is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, or personal property.
No refunds or discounts will be given for mechanical failures, amenity closures, or inclement weather.
No smoking is allowed in the property (including the balcony). Evidence of smoking will result in a loss of the security deposit and additional cleaning costs. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building.
A $500 security deposit "HOLD" is required and will be collected separately before check-in. It will be released within 48 hours if there is no damage to the property.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM to respect neighbors.
Guests must respect and exercise caution around native wildlife and animals in the area.
A rental agreement will be sent immediately upon booking. Failure to sign and return the agreement within 48 hours of booking will result in cancellation without a refund.
Date changes are not allowed within 30 days of the scheduled check-in, except for adding days to a reservation, which is at the owner's discretion.
Grinder Pump Advisory: This property is served by a grinder pump. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Clogs resulting from flushing other items will be passed on to the guest.

Please be aware of local ordinances (Gulf Shores Ordinance No. 1809 and Orange Beach Ordinance No. 2016-1220) that provide reasons for the removal of guests from the property in accordance with the law.

We had a wonderful stay at the Retro Retreat in Gulf Shores. The condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf and a great patio to sit and take it all in. The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was wonderful! We were able to be out on the sand in only a few steps. We cannot wait to come down again!

Comfortable family style property with retro furnishing and easy clean surfaces.

Lindsay and Chris were very responsive to a specific need that we had and even came into the property to personally address our need. Impressive.

Their place was as described, retro, family friendly and very clean. We were sure to take care of it.

The beach was easy access, the pool was clean and we appreciate the friendly daily security service as you drove into the property.

Comfortable family style property with retro furnishing and easy clean surfaces.

Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and loved the property book with local ideas although we would up spending most of our time with family in Orange Beach.

Everything was great here!

Everything was great here! Beautifully located! Pool was clean! There was even beach stuff on the balcony! Decor very up to date. Lindsay was very responsive to any issues and very accommodating to my family! Will definitely recommend!

This place was perfect

This place was perfect - walked right out on the beach and back again so many times! We hardly left at all to venture into tourist territory. Loved the sunny, boho decor and comfy furniture. The patio had a perfect view of the full moon over the ocean waves. We would stay here again without any further searching for location. Just know that if you arrive on Saturday afternoon, traffic in is a beast!
