The home also offers two balconies. One is on the main floor for get togethers and relaxing. The one upstairs is off of the main bedroom, so you can sit outdoors and enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.
The property is a short walk away from the deeded beach and to the lagoon.
