Tropical Winds 202 is a Roomy, Clean and Comfortable condo located directly on the beach with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on West Beach Blvd only steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 7 with a new king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a brand new queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom.
The beach and pool is just a few steps away from the elevator
Leaving Footprints 7 is in a low density condominium complex (Tropical Winds) which means the pool and beach is never too crowded.
Ready for dinner? If catching your own dinner in the surf is not your cup of tea then you can pick up some fresh seafood at the Seafood market just up the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out the options are fabulous. Bahama Bobs is a few blocks east and Janino's Pizza is right across the street and everyone's favorite, The Hangout is about a mile east at the "T" with tons of great choices like Crico's Mikee's, The Gulf Shores Steamer or Desoto's for pecan encrusted catch of the day and a Bushwacker. If you make it to Desoto's you must try the sweet potato casserole - It taste like Thanksgiving
A Smart TV in the living room allows you to access all of your streaming accounts and cable TV in both of the bedrooms and free WiFi keep you connected to the world if you aren't ready to completely unplug.
This 2 bedroom Direct Beachfront condo has a fabulous private balcony to sit and watch the dolphins play in the Gulf.
The windows in the baster bedroom and the full glass wall in the living room offers amazing reviews of the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom also has it's own bathroom
A parking pass is required and is included with the rental. An additional parking pass can be purchased if you need it.
We also provide a few basic beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a few beach toys for your use.
You are our top priority and since we live very close by so we are quickly available for any emergencies or unforeseen needs, but you are more likely to run into us at the beach or in one of Gulf Shores' great restaurants than to have any problems.
We love Gulf Shores and moving here has been a dream come true and we can't wait to share paradise with you.

Cute and Cozy
We were beyond happy with our stay!! Everything was wonderful!!!! From everything you need to cook with and extra beach towels.. Very clean that’s always a HUGE plus!! You have many things to do within walking distance which makes it very nice. The beach was wonderful the Dolphins put on quit a show!! I would stay here and I will recommend this condo to anyone that’s wanting to visit.

We loved this condo!!! It’s super cute and cozy!! We had a wonderful stay it was super clean and it had everything you needed for cooking extra beach towels and sand toys. The pool was great when the kids wanted to swim at night we spent the day at the beach then swimming and back to the beach to walk. There’s so much to do and you can even walk to some restaurants and little stores.. Everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that’s wanting to visit. Rick was very responsive to any questions I had you can’t get that kind of service from a Hotel.. I hope to be back soon and spread the word to others. Thank You Rick and CJ for letting us enjoy your place.

Cute and relaxing visit
This was a spur of the moment trip and we couldn’t have been happier. It was perfect for my little family of 3 and my son loved the color and decor of this place. We were only able to stay 2 nights and he actually cried about leaving this place to go to another. It had everything you need and more! Beach towels and sand toys were provided as well as other basic amentities. The location was perfect. There is an amazing restaurant and bar, small grocery store, and a carry out restaurant right next door. The fact that we could stay all evening at the beach and then pick up an amazing dinner to take back “home” to eat was a game changer with my young son. No “everyone getting ready with showers,” crowds, long waits for restaurants! It’s not directly on the beach, but a very easy walk over. We hardly had to wait for any traffic to cross! Hope to be back soon!

Awesome Weekly Stay
This rental is not only cozy but it feels like home. Everything is available to use as in cooking utensils,etc. The owners are Great! I highly recommend this one.. My girls didn't mind the short walk across the rd to the beach. And there's a store right on the other side of the rental. We had beach towels available for us. Minutes away from the Zoo Waterville,and Cajun Grill..Just everything felt like home. ♡

The place was so cute and beachy feel
We just got back yesterday from vacation here.. It was wonderful.. The place was so cute and beachy feel.. The owners Rick & his wife were super nice people..we stayed sun til thursday..the beach is just right across road..the swimming pool is nice too..washer & dryer available to use to..we went to beach day & night had so much fun.. Then came back to condo was nice & cool.. Tv's WiFi stove fridge .. We will be going back to stay here again soon..really loved it...

Very clean. Nice location (not right on the beach but easy walk across the street). Comfortable. Towels, beach towels all available in the home. Hosts were quick to respond and kind the few times we sent inquiries. Fun decor. My little one enjoyed the sand toys that were available.
