Tropic Isles 502 is a Cozy, Clean and Comfortable condo located directly on the beach with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on West Beach Blvd only steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a new king size bed in the bedroom, a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 brand new bunks in the hall for the kids. Not twin size but 30" x 75" (RV twin)

The beach and pool is just a few steps away from the elevator

Leaving Footprints 5 is in a low density condominium complex (Tropic Isles) which means the pool and beach is never too crowded.

Ready for dinner? If catching your own dinner in the surf is not your cup of tea then you can pick up some fresh seafood at the Seafood market just up the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out the options are fabulous. Bahama Bobs is about a block West and Surfside Pizza and Ice Cream is across the street and everyone's favorite, The Hangout is just a few blocks East at the "T" with tons of great choices like Crico's Mikee's, The Gulf Shores Steamer or Desoto's for pecan encrusted catch of the day and a Bushwacker. If you make it to Desoto's you must try the sweet potato casserole - It taste like Thanksgiving

A Smart TV in the living room allows you to access all of your streaming accounts and cable TV in the bedroom and free WiFi keep you connected to the world if you aren't ready to completely unplug.

This 1 bedroom Direct Beachfront condo has a fabulous private balcony to sit and watch the dolphins play in the Gulf.
It sleeps 6 with a brand new king size bed in the bedroom, a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunks with brand new mattresses in the hallway. The bunks are not twin size beds but are more like a berth and they measure 75" long and 30" wide.

A parking pass is required and is included with the rental.

We also provide a few basic beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a few beach toys for your use.

You are our top priority and since we live less than a half a mile away, we are quickly available for any emergencies or unforeseen needs, but you are more likely to run into us at the beach or in one of Gulf Shores' great restaurants than to have any problems.

We love Gulf Shores and moving here has been a dream come true and we can't wait to share paradise with you.

Great place to stay in Gulf Shores

Rick and CJ's place was by far the best place we have stayed in Gulf Shores and we go there 2-3 times a year for beach volleyball! It was super clean and stocked with everything you need and more. Great location! This will be our #1 place to stay when we visit again!

I’m a little bit tentative about writing this am...

I’m a little bit tentative about writing this amazing review in case other people book it when I want to go and stay at this gorgeous little apartment. Absolutely no complaints all I can say is CJ and Ricki have absolutely thought of everything but besides that it is absolutely immaculate and so close to everything you could possibly need for a relaxed beach visit to the beautiful Gulf Shores in Alabama. One word of advice: when you are trying to get GPS; GPS to the Hangout on W. Beach Blvd. Otherwise you’ll end up in Orange Beach and possibly drive 40 miles more than you need to. Then keep heading west until you find 10th St. It’s the 3rd right hand driveway after 10th St and all the way at the end on the right hand side. If you get to 11th St. you’ve gone too far. Total praise and love for these Super Hosts Ricki & CJ. THANK YOU

Rick and CJ’s place is incredible! It’s right across the street from the beach and close to some really good food. They literally think of everything! They had extra sunscreen, aloe, shampoo and so much more! I would totally stay here again.

Leaving Footprints was a gem of a vacation rental. The condo was spotlessly clean and stocked with comfortable linens and sundries that made us feel pampered daily. We enjoyed the convenience of walking a short way to a spectacular beach. We also loved the convenience of the Waves market and Beach House restaurant so close by.
