Nestled along the enchanting Gulf Shores, our beachfront condos offer an idyllic escape just steps away from the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico. We are delighted to share not just one, but three inviting condos within the same building, perfect for families seeking both togetherness and personal space.

Important Note: Please be aware that our building is currently undergoing stucco repairs and replacement on the North side near the elevators. You may occasionally notice workers during normal business hours and reserved parking spots for their equipment. However, rest assured, this will not affect your access to the condo, your view from the South side, or your use of the pool.

Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast offers many things to do during your stay. Everything you can imagine is just a stone's throw away!

When you're not spending your day at the Gulf or poolside, visit local attractions, like historic Fort Morgan, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, or the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. You can also walk or drive to an abundance of shops, dining options and other convenient amenities. The Gulf State Pier is a quick drive or explore the play area and amusement park of OWA which is apx. a 15-minute drive away.

Parking: We've secured one parking pass for your convenience, found on the entryway table. The HOA enforces fines for unregistered vehicles, so please let us know if you require a second pass at least a week in advance. The cost is $40, and it must be paid before purchase. The second vehicle should use overflow parking across the street.

Pool Access: Your pool fob hangs on the key ring; remember to return it before check-out to avoid a $50 replacement charge.

Before You Arrive:
We aim to have your unit ready by 3:00 p.m. If we're running behind during peak seasons, we appreciate your patience. We'll notify you if the condo is ready earlier.

Start-Up Supplies Provided:
For your convenience, we offer basic amenities like soap, a roll of toilet paper, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels. Once used, please replace these items for the remainder of your stay. While we provide a drip coffee pot and Keurig, you'll need to bring your filters and coffee.

Beach Amenities: During Peak Season, you'll find beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for the kids. Please return borrowed items, and remember that we do not provide beach towels.

WIFI: WiFi information is available in this listing's profile and in the condo.

Departure Instructions:

Run the dishwasher.
Leave used beds unmade and linens in place.
Remove all trash and use the trash chute by the stairwell (opposite the elevators). Trash must be in bags.
Notify us when you've checked out.

House Rules:

Minimum guest age: 25.
No unregistered "visitors" for liability reasons.
Report missing/damaged items promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures, amenity closures, or inclement weather.
No smoking in the property (balcony included); use designated smoking areas.
$500 security deposit "HOLD" required, refundable if no damage occurs.
No pets allowed on the property.
Respect "Quiet Hours" from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Be mindful of local wildlife.
A Rental Agreement will be sent upon booking; failure to sign and return may result in reservation cancelation.
Additional Note: Please avoid flushing anything but toilet paper, as this property is served by a grinder pump.

It was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we wanted something right on the beach. This did not disap

It was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we wanted something right on the beach. This did not disappoint. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves and watching dolphins. The space is a bit tight for a family of 4 but our kids are young and they loved the bunk bed. That was the highlight of their trip! Having the washer and dryer was definitely a plus and we used it every day. My husband and I preferred the beach but the kids preferred the pool and it was good to have the option to go back and forth. The Gulf had jelly fish so we made good use of the pool! The unit is conveniently located to local restaurants and shops. We can't wait to visit again!
