The reservation/security deposit of 300.00 (personal check, money order, or pay pal) and signed and dated Rental Agreement.
Reservation/security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of departure if all provisions of the rental agreement are adhered to and property is left undamaged.
Contract must be received by owner within 7 days of the above inquiry date for owner to confirm requested reservation dates.
OCCUPANCY
The total number of persons allowed overnight in the condo is restricted to the number of persons indicated by you at the time the reservation was requested.
Any additional persons over the maximum capacity of six will be charged an additional fee of $20.00 per person per day.
Forfeiture of your deposit will occur if there are more occupants during your rental period than the stated number in rental contract.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in this condo or on the balcony of this condo.
Evidence of smoking will result in a forfeiture of your damage deposit.
NO PETS
Pets are NOT allowed by the owner or condo association.
Eviction by the owner’s association Property Manager and forfeiture of all funds will occur if a pet or evidence of a pet is found.
If, after departure, owner discovers evidence of a pet having been in the condo your damage deposit will be forfeited.
NO CONDO PARTIES
Reservations will be accepted for adults over the age of 25 or a family.
No reservation will be accepted for a chaperoned or unchaperoned group of youths.
Reservations obtained under false pretense are grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations initiated by leaseholder once contract has been signed and returned.
A 60 day or greater notice is required for no additional cancellation penalty or duration change.
Cancellations or changes that result in shortened stays made within 59 to 45 days of the arrival date will also forfeit the full $300.00 damage/reservation deposit in addition to the $100.00 processing fee.
In addition to the charges above, cancellations or changes that are made within 44 to 30 days of the arrival date forfeit half the rental amount. Cancellation within 29 days of arrival date does not warrant any refund of rental and/or fees paid by leaseholder. Late arrivals and/or early departure does not warrant any refund of rental and/or fees paid by leaseholder.

Memorial Day Family Getaway
We lucked upon this property and are so glad we did. The owners are personable and very quick to respond to questions. Our stay was perfect. The beds were so comfortable I took down the mattress information when I’m ready for a new one. Beach service is ready promptly every morning and reasonable. The reserved parking spot under cover is the cherry on top. Right by the elevators and so convenient. We will be back.

Best rental on the beach!!
My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful time at this beautiful and comfortable condo! We are already trying to figure out how to go back! The owner Steven was unbelievable to work with and made everything so easy for our stay! Will be going back!!

BREATHTAKING VIEWS !!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The views of the sunrise and sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking. The condo was clean and very accommodating, I also loved the parking spot. We have been to Gulf Shores multiple times and we think this was the best yet, because of the views and the freshness of the condo. Seacrest 909 was decorated just wonderfully and it had all that we could ask for. We will certainly try to get this booked next time we want a winter get away. The owners were so wonderful to work with and took care of all our needs. WE simply loved, loved, loved it. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We didn't want to leave!
This condo is amazing and so clean. Our vacation "vibe" didn't end when we left the sand or even when the sun went down. The condo has western windows throughout so we had beautiful unobstructed western views despite being inside. We thoroughly enjoyed each sunrise, each sunset, and the night sky from its two private balconies. We didn't want to leave! Zero complaints about our stay. We will be back.
