Sydney’s Seawall is the perfect home base for your blissful beach vacation. Located on the 2nd floor, this charming 1 bedroom condo is bright, breezy, and thoughtfully furnished with your comfort in mind.

When staying at our condo, you’ll be right across the street from the famously beautiful beach: we’re talking sugary white sand with turquoise gulf water. We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (normally $45/day to rent on the beach) so that you are set for the beach the minute you arrive! Walk next door to a restaurant, convenience store and ice cream shop!
Sleeping: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa for a total of 4 guests. Extra quilts and pillows are stored in the closet. One Roku smart tv in the bedroom and living area.
Bathroom: Nicely updated bathroom with shower/tub combo. Face and bath towels provided. Starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
Kitchen: Is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with a few pods to start your stay (bring your favorite pods) and electric water kettle. Plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils are also included. Basic spices available for use.
Laundry: Shared outdoor coined washer and dryer available for longer stay.
Pets: Dogs under 25lbs please. Non-refundable one-time fee of $45 with max of 1 dog.
There is a small dog bed with bowls for use. While dogs are not allowed on Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, there are plenty of places that is listed in our guidebook including dog-friendly restaurants! There is a place in Foley beach that allows dogs off-leash on the beach! Dogs may be relieved at the end of the complex in the grassy area. Please pick up after your dog to help us keep the unit pet-friendly.
Security Deposit: $100 Deposit for incidentals and damages is due at time of reservation. Will be refunded within 3 business days after check-out and inspection of the property.

Check-Out Instructions: Please turn off all lights and throw out any large bags of trash. Please ensure you have all your belongings as you leave the property. The door code is scheduled to be disabled shortly after the checkout time. Have a safe trip home!
Parking: Guest will receive one covered parking spots under the building. There are additional uncovered guest parking at the entrance and at the end of the street in the back.

House Rules:
* Full payment is due at time of reservation.
* Security Deposit of $100 at time of reservation.
* No smoking or vaping inside the property or right outside the door.
* No large gatherings or parties within the property. Reservations will be canceled and non-refundable for any parties. Please keep the gatherings at the beach. The local sheriff is enforcing this as well.
* Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please clean up after your pets during your stay so I can continue to allow them for you and future guests.
* This is a small quiet condo community. Please adhere to the quiet time of 10pm - 9am.
* Minimum age of 25 years old to book. Photo ID REQUIRED before check-in.
We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We do not refund for weather unless the city government requests an evacuation due to weather/hurricane. Please read our cancellation policy before booking.

About Paige
This is our vacation home as we love to visit Gulf Shores and build memories. I named it Sydney Seawall for my lab mix who was rescued 3 years ago. While dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, I still bring Sydney on my vacations! We hope you make some beautiful memories during your visit to this coastal town and would love to host you again!

Great host that caters to dogs!
We had a fabulous time. We had our 2 year old Beagle with us and I had forgotten her food bowls. What a wonderful surprise to find adorable food bowls along with a comfy dog bed. Paige has really thought things out in her rental and it shows the love she has for her place. The location is perfect just an easy walk to the beach across the road. Great lighted covered parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for New Year's Celebration
We loved entering the new year in Paige’s cute little condo. Everything was just as she described. I recommend her condo to anyone wanting to visit Gulf Shores.

Cute place and everything you need!
The unit was very very cute and looked like photos. The unit had everything you would need and it was nice that they supplied coffee pods and plenty of towels. Best of all was the beach chairs we were able to use on the lawn for the music at Shrimp Fest. We would love to stay here again on another trip.

Amazing Stay! Friendly host with great guidebook! Short walk to beach!
I think this was overall an amazing stay. Paige was super friendly and the instruction manual was incredibly helpful. You do have to walk to the beach but it was a very short walk and didn’t bother me at all! I know I was at the beach, but I was thankful that there wasn’t sand everywhere in the condo! I also loved the backpack chairs and umbrella with a shoulder sling. This made everything very easy for me to carry alone!

Perfect, Quiet, Comfy and Relaxing Stay! Super Comfortable Bed!
This was perfect for a quiet, comfy relaxing after a day at the beach, which is super quick to get to. The available beach set up (umbrella, beach towels) was lovely and very appreciated. Super comfortable bed and slept great. Ideal for a solo beach trip with the pup. The convenience store and restaurant (shrimp skewer yum) located not even a block away made life easier. Covered parking made jumping in the car to sadly leave much more palatable.
