From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express, travel 17 miles and turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 9.5 miles turn right onto Coastal Gateway Blvd/ Country Rd 8. In 1.7 miles turn left onto Gulf Shores Pkwy/ AL-59. In 5.5 miles use the left onto E Beach Blvd. San Carlos is 0.4 miles on the right.

● Your door code will not be active prior to 4:00 PM.

● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
▸ One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid
▸ Single sized dish washing detergent pack
▸ Single use laundry washing detergent
▸ Two large trash bags
▸ Small trash bag for each bathroom
▸ Roll of Paper towels
● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
● We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
● You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.
● Wristbands are free on the third floor between the hours of 9am – 1am
▸ Outside of those hours, guests should simply stop by the 3rd floor the morning after their arrival without penalty or issue.
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
● TRASH CHUTES: located at the end of each walkway (i.e. every floor has an east and west trash chute near the ’01 and ’09 units).
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
● Parking passes are $50 each and can be purchased on the 3rd floor (either at the front desk or via the kiosk located on the counter for after hour use).
▸ Guests are welcome to purchase their parking pass prior to arrival by visiting the San Carlos parking page link which we will provide upon confirmation of your booking.
▸ Guests should print the final page (i.e. their receipt) and place that on their dashboard where visible to Security at all times during their stay.
▸ All guests are welcome to bring printed receipt to the 3rd floor for a hanging pass if they would prefer doing so (this is not necessary as the printed receipt on their dashboard is sufficient for their entire stay).
▸ Guests can purchase NO more than three (3) passes.
▸ For the vehicle with 1st or 2nd pass, you can park anywhere except the Second Floor Garage.
▸ All 3rd Passes can be used ONLY toward the overflow lot.
▸ Vehicles with storage racks and/or hitches mounted to front or rear of the vehicles must park in the overflowing parking lot to avoid impeding traffic flow.
● SAN CARLOS PARKING DOES NOT PERMIT: RV's, buses, trailers, and tow-along vehicles
● GUEST CAN NOT PARK ON THE 2ND FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE
● Any vehicle violating any of the above mentioned parking rules and regulations will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Important Things to Note:
*Renters must be at least 25 years of age. They must sign in at front desk and Id Must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions. You must purchase your parking passes at the Front desk on the 3rd floor for $50.00 per vehicle / max 2.
*A Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.

*Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with DisabilitiMust purchase aHouse parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.

If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.

Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.

Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.

Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area. parking pass upon arrival, $32.35 (tax included).s Act).
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee and credit card processing fees (if applicable), will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*. 

Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

Travel Insurance:

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. 
The standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date. 
It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
