Welcome to the newest property in our Rental Program at Beach Life Vacation Rentals! This spacious corner unit is located on the 5th floor has amazing views. Even better we offer two complimentary Beach Chairs and an umbrella with your rental. (Seasonal through end of October). The living area has plenty of seating for all of your guests, large floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the full view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your culinary essentials. The dining table seats 6, plus additional 3 barstools at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the separate wet bar with stand alone ice maker and sink. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, balcony access with direct gulf views, and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and separated jetted tub. The guest room has a two full size beds, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. If you are seeking a property that is family oriented, smoke free and great amenities, this is the place. San Carlos includes a zero entry pool, fitness center, sauna, and a designated BBQ Grill area. Reconnect, recharge and relax with a stress free vacation at this beautiful beachfront condo.

*Renters must be at least 25 years of age. They must sign in at front desk and Id Must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
*A Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
*Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Important Things to Note:
*Renters must be at least 25 years of age. They must sign in at front desk and Id Must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions. You must purchase your parking passes at the Front desk on the 3rd floor for $50.00 per vehicle / max 2.
*A Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.

*Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

- If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*. 

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances. 
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date. 
- *It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
