Property is directly aside Gulf State Park. Low density complex with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Newly designed upscale beachfront condo. New paint, light fixtures, fans, countertops, floors, furniture and decor. Fully stocked kitchen, fresh flowers, beach towels, chairs and beach umbrella supplied for all guests. Unit sleeps 6. King room, queen room and hall bunks. Hall bunks will only sleep persons 5'6" or shorter. Two full baths. Parking passes are required and only one is included with the 200.00 cleaning fee. Parking passes cost is 60.00. Only 2 parking passes allowed. Pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. Guard on property during peak season. Washer and Dryer in unit.

This was a perfect getaway for several days with my family of four! Very clean, the amenities on the property were great, the restaurant was still open as we arrived later than we anticipated, and the food was very good! Ann was very quick to answer my questions, I would stay here again!
