- Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and accessed via stairs. There is no elevator on the property.
- Parking available for 2 cars, parking pass required and provided upon check-in
- Rental agreement required, to be completed within 48 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and stay, with the primary guest present during the stay; 3rd party bookings not allowed
- $300 Security deposit hold processed through our professional property management software.
- We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather. We do suggest you obtain travel insurance.
