Welcome to your dream vacation getaway! This charming, newer-construction three-story beach cottage is the perfect place to make lasting vacation memories. Nestled directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and just steps from Little Lagoon, it offers the best of both worlds.

Spacious Luxury: This beach cottage offers spacious living areas and a thoughtful layout for the utmost comfort. Check-in Time: After 4:00 p.m. CST
Check-out Time: 10:00 a.m. CST
Parking: All vehicles must park under the house. There is no street parking.
Before You Arrive: We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so we strive to have the cottage ready by 4:00 p.m. Please be patient during peak seasons, and we'll notify you if the cottage is ready earlier.
Start-Up Supplies: To make your arrival more convenient, we provide basic amenities such as soap, toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, and paper towels. Please replace these items as needed during your stay.
WiFi: WiFi information will be available after booking.
Departure Instructions:
Load and run the dishwasher; do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
Leave used beds unmade and do not strip linens.
Remove all trash from the cottage.
House Rules:
Minimum guest age: 25.
No unregistered "visitors" for liability reasons.
Report missing/damaged items promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures, amenity closures, or inclement weather.
No smoking in the property (balcony included);
$500 security deposit "HOLD" required, refundable if no damage occurs.
Pets allowed on the property with prior approval and pet fee.
Respect "Quiet Hours" from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Be mindful of local wildlife.
A Rental Agreement will be sent upon booking; failure to sign and return may result in reservation cancelation.
Additional Note: Please avoid flushing anything but toilet paper, as this property is served by a grinder pump.
City Ordinances: Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have strict ordinances, and violations may lead to guest removal without refund. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

I’ll definitely book again
The home was just as described, walking distance to the beach and easy to get to. Lindsay was a great host with a beautiful home. If I ever find myself back in Gulf Shores, I’ll definitely look into booking again.

We had a great stay!
We had a great stay! The place was perfect for a trip with friends. Very close walk to the beach. The view was the pool which was great so I could see our friends/kids swimming. House was fully equipped and owner specified what it did/did not include. It was nice staying in a clean and new place. Would recommend for a family ????

Everything went smooth - Location was great for our family - home was very clean - really close to the beach, maybe a half of a block - great for families with kids looking to be close to the beach but also needing extra space - Lindsay checked in with us once but was also available if we needed anything- would defiantly stay here again! The place was just as described
The place was just as described, very clean, and worked great for our family of 10. The tent, beach chairs, and grill were so useful to have on hand. Overall, we had an amazing experience.
