Description
Built specifically as a vacation rental, this BRAND NEW in March 2023 home is luxurious, spacious and well appointed. It boasts over 4,800 sf inside and 1,000 sf of covered patio. The home is designed with a 42' x 23' Great Room in the center allowing it to never feel crowded, especially with two suites on one side and the rest of the sleeping and playing areas on the other side. With the Great Room in the center, the 2 King bedrooms offer added privacy.
Loads of amenities outside - Private Saltwater Pool, Spa, Large Covered Patio with Cooking area with 2 Blackstone elctric griddles & sink, Brick wood burning fireplace, Charcoal barbeque grill, polywood furniture for dining, lounging, rocking, Smart TV, Turf areas with Bean Bag Toss and Hammocks, Ceiling fans, 3 lighting zones, String Lights, Landscaping, Privacy Fence.
Inside, the Master suite is large with a King bed, 2 comfortable chairs and a gorgeous tiled zero entry shower, soaking tub, water closet and large walk-in closet. Two large windows overlook the pool area and a gold chandelabra chandelier. There's a secondary Master with King bed, a smart TV, 2 night stands, walk-in closet, and lovely en-suite full bath with handmade vanity. Blackout curtains let you sleep late.
The great room boasts 12' ceilings, antique brick walls, 3 sofas, 65" smart TV, custom dishes cabinet, 10" island with 8 bar stools, microwave, waste pullout, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and an electric range with custom range hood. There's a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the pantry along with a custom coffee bar.
Separated from the 2 Master's on the other side of the Great Room are two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a Laundry room, game room with a queen sleeper sofa , a TV, table tennis and a game table. Another full bath is shared with the two story bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin beds. Kids and adults alike will go crazy over the super spacious Bunk Room with stained wood walls, a table area for eating or games and a safety lit staircase.
There are 2 AC systems , 2 dehumidifiers and 2 water heaters to provide a comfortable environment and plenty of water for bathing. The bunk room has it's own mini split system.
Enjoy the oversized covered patio area with 2 dining spaces, cooking counter with sink & 2 electric Blackstone Griddles, a smart TV, polywood benches and rockers. There's an outdoor fireplace with a charcoal barbeque grill behind. Firewood is provided for your use.
Take a dip in the saltwater pool. It can be heated or chilled (for a fee) and loungers are provided for sunbathing or just relaxing. Then enjoy the hot tub during the evening while a fire blazes in the outdoor fireplace. Relax in the hammocks late in the day. Play a rousing game of bean bag toss with the kids or start a competition.
There's plenty of free parking for up to 10 cars with a handicap ramp from the parking area to the side entry door where you can self check-in using the electronic lock.
We are the Owners/Managers/Maintenance and are available for any problems that arise.

**You can also bring 1 to 2 fur babies (dogs only) up to 20lbs. Cost is $50/dog. Dog MUST first be approved by owner.**

The house sits on over 1 acre with a privacy fence around the backyard amenities. Behind the fence is 1/2 acre for playing ball games or frisbee. The property is south of Foley on County Road 10, just 1 mile from Hwy.59S. It is convenient to the sports fields of Gulf Shores and Foley for tournaments, the beaches, The Wharf at Orange Beach, Tanger Outlets, OWA Amusment Park & Tropic Falls Waterpark, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Factory(Trampolines & Climbing Walls), Swift-Coles Wedding Venue, Waterville, several golf courses, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail,numerous restaurants and bars.

As your host and property managers, we are available if there is anything you need, something breaks and to maintain the pool & spa. We will clean out the fireplace after use and get more firewood. We check the pool & spa chemicals. Just text or call if you have questions or needs.

We have been married and worked together for 45 years. Our work has been 25 years of Veterinary Medicine, 15 years of HVAC & Remodeling. Kim is also the landscaper for both properties as well as an artist in wood carving and painting. Doug was the brick mason, HVAC contractor & electrician for both properties.

Beautiful and Spacious
This home had absolutely everything we needed! Space galore! So clean! Everything is new and decorated beautifully. We loved using the white dishes and clear glasses. The outdoor area is perfect for gathering and the pool is a great size. You can see it from the living area and master bedroom. The pool bath is a great feature and we used it as much as the master bath. The large island in the kitchen was another one of my favorite things! We piled our things on here just like at home! It’s so large there was plenty of room for every guest to gather. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Ping Pong table is a nice extra. I have absolutely no complaints. You’ll love it for your friends & family.

Amazing Experience
I have stayed at many properties but this was certainly in the top 3! The property was aesthetically pleasing and well kept! Kim and Doug were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and available. Just a short drive to all the main attractions and the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property for Large Group!
Our group LOVED Indigo Manor! We traveled as a team for the USSSA National Softball Tournament and this location is perfect for the Gulf Shores/Foley sports park facilities. It is also so convenient to drive to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key for beach time! With 19 people in the house including 6 teammates (11-13 years old) and their parents/siblings, we never once felt cramped, or like we were lacking space. Kim and Doug have thought of every amenity possible to make this space perfect for large groups. They were also the absolute best hosts ever! The house and outdoor area were immaculate and gave us hours of enjoyment playing cornhole, swimming, or relaxing in the hammocks during our time between games. This is a great space for any large group. We could not recommend more!!!

Senior Trip
We decided last minute to bring our daughter and her close friends for a mini vacation before they all go their separate ways for college. I found this property and because there were no reviews I called Kim and she was very nice and helpful, she pointed me to her other property and the reviews were great. So we booked. Let me tell you! This property far exceeded our expectations! The house is very spacious, clean and was more than enough space for the kids to enjoy themselves. They really thought about and anticipated their guest every need, when they designed this space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals down to the seasonings. The laundry area had laundry detergent, they even had beach towels for us to use. The outdoor cook top was a great area to cook and allowed us to all socialize when while cooking. I hate wasting food so I also love that they take leftover food to the local fire station because we over bought food and I couldn't stand the thought that we would have to trash it. All the kids have raved about the house and how nice it was. I will be passing their information along and will rent from them again in the near future. If you are thinking about this place as and option DONT WAIT BOOK IT NOW!

Local Getaway
Your house is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, and open! The bunk room was a big hit with the kids! Beds were comfortable! The pool and outdoors even better! We all had a great time relaxing by the pool, in the hammocks, and even the hot tub! You guys are so welcoming, sweet, and amazing! Communication was perfect! Thank y'all again so much! We will definitely be letting everyone we know about y'all's property!
