Welcome to owner direct site. We are Airbnb Superhosts with over 37 5 Star Reviews in our 11 months hosting! Our charming condo offers unobstructed Gulf and Pier views from the balcony, Lake Shelby views from the main floor primary suite. Easy beach access is directly across the street- 3 minute walk with provided beach gear! Up the spiral staircase, is our second bedroom loft with children's play nook. Equipped with a full- and queen-sized bed. Perfect for the kids or a second couple. The main level twin hallway bunks can be separated by pocket door for privacy from the main living quarters. Our property offers an onsite pool/hot tub, vending/ice machines. Having 4 kids of our own, our goal is to host your family as we would want to be hosted on vacation. We look forward to sharing our love of this "Small town, Big beach" with you.

Great Vacation
Renting 419 was like renting from close family. We have never worked with a owner as nice as Kara. One example, battery on fire alarm needed to be change (beeping loudly) , it was located where I could not safely change;on SUNDAY Kara worked her tail off and got a person in to change tbe battery. There would have been no sleep that night. If you want to be treated like royalty rent fron Kara. Chuck

First of all, I wanted to say that Kara is the best hostess out there! She will do everything to make you feel special and enjoy your vacation! The condo was absolutely spotless and very relaxing. Beds were super comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking..it had everything you might need starting from the kitchen to the balcony with very comfortable recliners where we watched sunrises and sunsets everyday while enjoying our morning coffee..even if you’re stuck in the condo for a day because of the unpredictable weather changes your kids will not be bored. There are toys and few games that the whole family can engage. We sure will come back!

Great condo!
Extremely clean and maintained condo. Host extremely kind and responsive. Love all the amenities they include and when the beach chair broke she instantly replaced it. LOVE how kid friendly it is and that toys are provided. That's a huge convenience not having to pack toys to bring with us. We had a wonderful week and you will love it too!

Awesome stay!
Kara was an awesome host and was so sweet! We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed this condo! The kids loved being upstairs in the loft and enjoyed the books, toys, games, etc that were provided! We came home to no dirty laundry thanks to the washer/dryer in the condo!! The kids also loved the pool/hot tub at the condo and spent lots of hours in it when it was dark and unable to be at the beach! The beach is right across the street with a sand walkway right to the water! Thanks again Kara for the awesome stay!!
