Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at the time of reservation and will be applied to the total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 30 days from arrival.
A 60-day notice from the arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of the deposit. Within 30 days no monies returned unless the condo is re-rented.
