This lovely one bedroom beachfront condo is located in the Doral Building at the Beach Club Resort. The Beach Club includes top-of-the-line amenities, such as fine dining, full-service spa, beach activities, sports bar, tennis courts, arcade, indoor pool, 5 outdoor pools, 5 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, beachfront poolside bar and grill, basketball court, volleyball, walking and biking trails, ice cream parlor, gift shop and so many more! Unlike many one bedroom units, the master bedroom is located off of the large balcony with Balcony access. There is are hallway bunks that are perfect for kids and also a queen sleeper sofa. The condo if sully stocked iwth all the necessities you need to have a perfect beach vacation.
This is the only full-service resort in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach that has this many amenities.
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security. Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle. If you need additional passes please let us know in advance. They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.

The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day.

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
