We welcome Avalon unit 405 to our rental program located at the Beautiful Beach Club Resort and Spa. The Beach Club is a full-service resort unlike any other on the Gulf Coast. It is located on 86-acres in Fort Morgan and has all the luxuries you and your family need for your vacation, such as fine dining, on-site full-service spa, sports bar and restaurant, arcade, indoor pool, large fitness room, clubhouse, kids activities at the club, poolside cabana grill, an ice cream parlor, and beach services including kayaking, parasailing, jet ski rentals and so much more! This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath beachfront condo is fully equipped with all your needs for a relaxing vacation. The Primary Bedroom has access to the balcony and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with newly renovated walk in shower. the guest bedroom has two twins and living area has a queen sleeper sofa. Once you stay at the BeachClub, you always will come back and definitely not be disappointed.
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security. Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle and two (2) parking passes have been paid with your reservation. If you need additional passes please let us know in advance. They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
