Beach Life Vacation Rentals is thrilled to welcome a stunning new condo to our program at the Beach Club, a premier Gulf Coast resort unlike any other!
The Beach Club offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation:
Multiple restaurants: From casual poolside fare to fine dining, there's something for every taste.
Ice cream parlor: Cool off with a refreshing treat after a day in the sun.
Tiki bar: Soak up the island vibes with tropical cocktails.
Water sports galore: Jet ski rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, kayaks - the adventure awaits!
This stunning two-bedroom condo is located on the convenient 2nd floor of the Avalon Building.
Looking to bring the whole family or a larger group? We also have a four-bedroom condo right next door!
Sleep arrangements:
Primary bedroom: King bed for a luxurious retreat.
Guest room: Two twin beds, perfect for the kids.
Living area: Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
Dreaming of a memorable vacation at a full-service resort? Look no further! This condo and the Beach Club promise an unforgettable experience.
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities:|
The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse.
The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

2 days = $44 per day / Total = $88
3 days = $42 per day / Total = $126
4 days = $40 per day / Total = $160
5 days = $38 per day / Total = $190
6 days = $36 per day / Total = $216

Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities:
The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access.
You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs.
You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks.
Other activities that do not require wrist bands:
Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).
Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security.
Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle and two (2) parking passes have been paid with your reservation.
If you need additional passes please let us know in advance.
They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.

Parking Fee
Fee breakdown is as follows:
-Reservations less than 28 nights
-$40 per vehicle per stay with two vehicles automatically applied on reservation
-Reservations 28 nights or more
-$60 per vehicle per 28-night stay with one vehicle automatically applied on reservation
**This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

This stunning condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay:
Spacious Bedrooms:
Master Suite: Unwind in the king-sized bed and enjoy stunning beach views from your private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combination.
Guest Room: This comfortable room offers a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Living and Dining:
Living Room: Relax and unwind after a day at the beach in the spacious living room, featuring a large flat-screen TV and direct access to the balcony with breathtaking beach views.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all essential cookware and a classic coffee maker.
Additional Amenities:
Outdoor Pool: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the resort's outdoor pool (unheated).
Indoor Pool: Take advantage of the year-round heated indoor pool located at the clubhouse.
Please note: The outdoor pools at the Beach Club are not heated. However, the resort offers a heated indoor pool for year-round enjoyment.
General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
