This stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo perched on the 18th floor of the Avalon Building offers unforgettable panoramic views that will leave you breathless.
Unwind in style:
Master Bedroom: Enjoy breathtaking balcony access, a king-sized bed, a smart HD TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub.
Guest Bedroom: Comfortably sleeps three with a full-size bed and a twin bed, and boasts a private en-suite bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
We at Beach Life Vacation Rentals are confident that this condo and the exceptional amenities at Beach Club will exceed your expectations and create a truly memorable vacation experience!
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities:
The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse.
The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
*The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

2 days = $44 per day / Total = $88
3 days = $42 per day / Total = $126
4 days = $40 per day / Total = $160
5 days = $38 per day / Total = $190
6 days = $36 per day / Total = $216

Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities:
The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access.
You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs.
You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks.
Other activities that do not require wrist bands:
Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).
Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security.
Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle and two (2) parking passes have been paid with your reservation.
If you need additional passes please let us know in advance.
They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.

Your door code will not be active prior to 3:00 PM.
Parking
Your parking pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours) Pass must be displayed on the driver's side front windshield area.
Start Date: Any and all guest reservations on or after June 1, 2023
•Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per stay.
•Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay
•Visitor Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day
** Two parking passes are included with this booking. ** If you need an additional parking pass, please let us know so you can purchase in advance prior to arrival **
You may park anywhere in the lot, with the exception of the green reserved owner spots
Your door code will only be active from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Code must be entered exactly as shown including any symbols.
